Panera Bread - (Near Hollister, CA)

5 /5 Lynn Rodriguez: I’ve visited Panera twice since they’ve opened. I have received excellent service, quick, delicious food. Nothing gone wrong. I am happy with the new spot in town. Chicken poppy seed salad NEVER diaappoints, I’m a happy camper. I’m beginning to think the people in town just like to complain. Again today 8/28 for lunch picture this time. I couldn’t wait to get home, picture reflects me digging in. So fresh, quality ingredients, fast friendly service. Still HAPPY. Panera has always and will continue to be my favorite summertime salad destination. For me the BEST Hollister lunch spot.

5 /5 hank: Ive eaten at a lot of Paneras all over the state and Im not exaggerating when I say that the food and service at our Hollister store is top notch. The counter people are always cheerful and polite, and my salads and bread are always excellent. I eat at the Sand City store a lot too and that one pales in comparison. And I dont even want to talk about the Gilroy store. My only complaint would be the blinding sun shining through the windows in the late afternoon. Some darker and automatic blinds would solve the problem though.

2 /5 AA: I was disgusted when I bit into my chipotle chicken sandwich and noticed big chunks of the chicken SKIN in it. Not to mention the bread was incredibly soggy after only 5-10 min from the excess sauce/liquid that dripped onto the wrapping. I will not be coming back to this location will go to Salinas instead much better.

1 /5 Isabella Gonzalez: I was looking forward to trying Panera in Hollister, but unfortunately my experience was affected by a mix-up with my order. I ordered an Asian Seasame Chicken Salad. Instead, I received a salad with chicken, lettuce and about 5 crumb sized walnuts. Knowing that there wasn’t a lot of people in the drive thru, I didn’t think they would mess up my order. I understand that they just opened, but at the same time, our order could’ve had more effort put into it.

5 /5 Lead Driver: Awesome in all respects! Food, service & speed of preparation! Has been awhile since we went to a Panera & super glad my wife thought of it as it really hits the spot in flavor & quality!
