C R The food was amazing. Ordered the filet mignon, and the meat just melts in your mouth! Cooked to perfection so tender and served over a bed of fresh crisp, tender vegetables and mashed potatoes. Our server Travis was very attentive and helpful in choosing a wine, great conversations, and surpised us with an anniversary treat. He made our dining experience feel special. Moe K We had an outstanding experience at Water Grill, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Carlos. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, his recommendations made a great meal truly exceptional. We started with the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, and I can honestly say it was the best crab cake I’ve ever had. The flavor was spot-on, and the texture was perfectly delicate yet rich. It set the tone for an unforgettable meal. Carlos then recommended the Lobster Roll, and it was absolutely phenomenal, something out of this world. The balance of flavors and the creamy, well-seasoned sauce made it a must-try. I’d highly recommend getting this as an appetizer. For our mains, we had the Wild Ross Sea Chilean Sea Bass, another of Carlos’ suggestions. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the fish was cooked to perfection; moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also tried the Prime Split-Bone “Cowboy” Ribeye, which was charcoal grilled and packed with flavor. The smoky aroma from the charcoal gave it an extra edge, and the fat was just right, adding richness without being overwhelming. Every bite was juicy, tender, and delicious. Overall, Water Grill exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere elegant yet comfortable, and Carlos’ exceptional service truly made the night. Can’t wait to come back!

Matthew Tominaga For being a local, this was my first time at Absinthe. I always wanted to come, just never the right day or it was too busy. The food was excellent. I recommend the Birds of a Feather, salade lyonnaise, and the beef bourguignon. The tartare, escargot, pan roasted duck breast, and steak frites are also just as good. Ethan S., our server, was the best. Hes a local San Franciscan from the Outer Sunset who went to Galileo. He knew we had a lot to drink and gave us aspirin to combat the booze.

Jennifer Hayes This has been my go-to lunch place for years! How can you top the lunch special where you choose from the fish, stew, or pasta that starts with a soup and ends with a dessert? Recently, I had a late lunch and had the restaurant to myself. It was magical. I highly recommend taking the time for yourself to treat yourself every now and again to some alone lunch time. So worth it. Especially here.

Alexandrea Sumuel Groves We visited Sausalito on a day trip from San Francisco and stopped here for lunch. So glad we did! I ordered the crab cakes while my husband went for a burger and fries, and everything was delicious. Arriving early at 11 AM was perfect since the place filled up quickly, likely with the ferry crowds. We scored outdoor seating with incredible views of San Francisco Bay, and to top it off, our server surprised me with complimentary ice cream and candle for my birthday! Wonderful hospitality and highly recommended!

Gabriel Rodriguez Sherash offered impeccable service at our power hour lunchtime, Friday afternoon. The photo you see was a completed service after only 27 minutes from him taking our order. Our chef Brian came from the other Benihana locations (we recognized him from our past trips) and cooked up our food to perfection. I would highly recommend for a lunch break!
