郁涵（Hannah） This is the second Thai restaurant Ive eaten at in Grass Valley. The presentation of the fresh ingredients looks great. What surprised me the most is that I ordered larb. The lemongrass is fragrant and the lemon is sour and a little spicy. Its completely appetizing. Its served with white rice. It’s really delicious, bite after bite. Definitely recommend this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.

Camie Waggoner Came here for the first time and love it, drove from Brookings and the family was so nice that they separated all the food so it would stay as fresh as possible. They put all the sauce on the side for me to add later. We ordered one of everything on the menu so we can try everything they had for the day! I was not disappointed, the food was still warm after a 45min drive due to traffic. The cheese puffs are so delicious, loved the beef and broccoli. Had the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and the spicy chicken as well as the prawns. Thank you so much for accommodating us since we came right when they were closing for lunch. We truly appreciate your hospitality and understanding. Will definitely be back again for another round of this delicious meal.

Debra McCoy Great food and great service! The new operators are doing fantastic. My husband had carnitas and I had birria; both choices were really good. The homemade tortillas were excellent. I’m terrible with names, but I believe our server name was Jordan and he was awesome. We will continue to go back as long as they maintain the quality and service.

This stylish new American restaurant will now be my go-to for everything from date nights to casual happy hours. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: modern yet warm, trendy without being pretentious. What I loved: - Top-notch service – Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. Our server made excellent recommendations and checked in just enough to feel cared for. - Creatively delicious food & drinks – Every dish I tried felt thoughtfully crafted and bursting with flavor. The cocktails were incredible, and each small plate had us guessing what delightful combination would come next. - Prime downtown location – Situated right across from the heart of downtown Auburn, its a perfect spot to grab a drink and then explore downtown. Whether youre a local looking for a dependable night out or a visitor ready to sample quality cuisine in a charming setting, The Hillmont hits every mark. Highly recommended—can’t wait to go back!

Jack Sally I went to the Soft Opening on Saturday, 9/27, and had a great experience. We only waited about 15 minutes to get in, and were greeted with a goodie bag and two free drinks (thank you, Yard House!). Our server, April, was super helpful with food and drink recommendations since it was my first visit. They have an excellent selection of beers on tap, and the food came out quickly—about 10 minutes—which is impressive for a soft opening with such a crowd. Everything we ordered was delicious, definitely a 10/10. The staff seemed well-prepared and organized overall. The only downside was that the music was a bit loud, but it didn’t take away from the experience. I’m excited that this location is walking distance from me, and I’ll definitely be back to try more food and drinks!

Thomas & Tahnee Evans We took a three-day trip to Nappa and visited a ton of wineries and restaurants. One of the nights we wanted to go somewhere that wasnt much of a walk and this had good ratings. We did NOT realize that it was located inside Embassy Suites until we got there, and at that point, we figured wed give it a shot. This was easily the best meal that we had during our entire stay. The Banh Mi was excellent and the burger was very good as well. All this being said, as good as the food was, it came second to the first rate service that we received. Nathan was our server and did an excellent job. He provided meaningful input as to the food, was attentive, charismatic, and provided insight to the local area. We definitely would recommend to anyone/everyone.
