3 /5 Brian E.: For being the restaurant located Wine Country hotel I expected a bit more. Since it was mid week, breakfast was understandably off the menu versus the buffet. I generally prefer this as the eggs are fresher and better versus the pile o’ food in the steno heated trays. It’s a beautiful facility that’s well staffed. Kitchen seems to move orders as long as well. I ordered the omelette. The omelette fillings (sausage, onion and mushroom) were very tasty. The eggs themselves were bland but plentiful. The accompanying potatoes were lukewarm and meh. However they had a bowl of salsa that I used to liven up the meal a bit. Drinks choices were limited. I was disappointed they didn’t have ice tea in this nice cloth napkin restaurant. As such, I drank water. The water glass had to be 6 ozs at best—about half the size of their coffee cups. This is where service let me down. All I needed was a reasonable amount of water to accompany my meal…this was hard to do and required interaction every time. As a business traveler I was an outlier. I had prep to do for my day and this level of interaction for a simple water refill detracted from an otherwise okayish meal.

5 /5 Danielle Canlas: Shout out to Chris the manager who went out of his way to accommodate us. We are Hyatt members and thought we could use our club access awards. Unfortunately this particular restaurant is its own identity and therefore they don’t allow you to use the awards. Chris however made an exception and allowed us to use them. It was a very busy day with a bit of a wait but we were really taken care of in an amazing way. Thank you!

1 /5 Katherine Ward: Terrible service even when it wasn’t busy, overpriced, fruit & yogurt plate includes 2 tbs of yogurt. We waited at the host stand and a server walked by, said hello and kept walking. Thanks for the greeting but we were left confused if we should seat ourselves or keep standing there. The server should have said hello and someone will be right with you. Finally seated and I ordered the fruit & yogurt. My meal was finally delivered after my husband completed eating his meal. I was left sitting there so long I had to wave the server down to ask if I get my meal from the buffet or if it comes from the kitchen. It actually comes from the kitchen and was sitting on the counter the entire time. She gets it and the plate is full of fruit and literally 2 tbs of yogurt. Horrible! The fruit and coffee was only $4 less than the buffet. Service is terrible, better yogurt & fruit parfait at Safeway for $3.99. Menu & buffet are overpriced. Do not order al la carte.

5 /5 A R: Railroad Stop is the restaurant located within the Hyatt Regency Sonoma. The breakfast buffet this morning was solid, the coffee is Starbucks brewed, and the service was excellent!

5 /5 Louise Beatson: medium sized menu selections though good variety of small and share plates..enough for your diverse group food was very fresh and great presentation. Great wine selection. Staff very pleasant
