1 /5 dlu: I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for a long time and usually the staff are friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on [9/7/25 around 5:20pm] was a huge disappointment. When I repeated my order to confirm it was correct, the drive-thru employee responded with, ‘yeah, that’s what I said,’ which came across as unnecessarily rude. It was such a strange and unprofessional response that it set the tone for the rest of the visit.
Later, when it came time to sign the receipt, she dropped the board outside the window. I didn’t even want to pick it up because of her attitude. I had to put my car in park, unbuckle, and open my door just to grab it, which was frustrating. Then, when I asked if she had taken my order at the speaker, she made a face and gave me more attitude instead of clearing it up politely.
To top it off, my order still wasn’t right….. I asked for Swiss cheese and was given yellow cheese. This is exactly why I wanted to confirm my order in the first place. This definitely did not feel like an accident.
By the time I reached the window, I honestly didn’t even want to pick up my food anymore and considered driving off to go elsewhere. It’s frustrating because everyone else here has always been great, but this interaction left such a bad taste that I don’t feel like coming back. It’s a bummer to lose trust in a place I’ve supported regularly.
