Brandon Hawkinson Thai Cuisine Express is a true hidden gem in Redding! Owned and operated by Ms. Wern and her son, Mr. Watson, this incredible family-run spot brings together the best flavors of Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos in every bite. The spicy catfish is one of my absolute favorites, bold, rich, and perfectly seasoned. The Laotian-style sausage dish is incredible, and their noodle soup with chicken and fresh herbs tastes just like something you’d find on the streets of Vietnam, authentic, comforting, and packed with flavor. Their customer service is outstanding, and you can feel the love and pride they put into every dish. They’re also available on DoorDash, so you can enjoy these amazing flavors at home. If you’re a fan of Thai, Vietnamese, or Laotian cuisine, do yourself a favor and try Thai Cuisine Express ASAP. You’ll be so glad you did!

jorge Garcia Unfortunately, my first visit to this place was a mixed bag. The service was mediocre, not very good. They took a long time to deliver my order, even though there was only one customer ahead of me. They delivered an order to the table next to me late, apologizing for the delay, but the worst part was that while I waited for my order, oh no! It wasnt what I ordered. I told the cashier about the mistake, and she and the cook got angry. He started arguing with the cashier, saying thats what I ordered in a negative and unfriendly tone, looking at me with disgust. I refused to let the cashier change the order because he insisted he had already delivered my order to someone else, since there was no one else there after I ordered. It was quite uncomfortable. I had to go back to my table, find the receipt, and go back to the cashier to show her what I had ordered. I also showed it to the cook, who got even more upset; I could see it on his face. For a moment, I considered leaving and asking for a refund since I didnt enjoy the meal because of the unpleasant experience. They should train and hire reliable and dedicated customer service staff. There seems to be a lack of teamwork, and that hurts us as customers. Its a shame its nothing like the Mexicali branch. Ill think twice before going back there. Its a shame about such a new concept in the area.

Diego Torres I got green enchiladas and my girlfriend got asada tacos and it was great. Their green sauce for the enchiladas is the best in town definitely give it a try.
