5 /5 Brad Hunter: This pizza is a tradition in our family. We learned about it roughly 20 years ago and have been enjoying it since. We typically visit the Clayton location but the Antioch location is special to us for personal reasons. Their pizza has never been less than excellent in our experience. If you are a bread lover and appreciate a good olive oil and vinegar dip, the "Skips Dip" is amazing.

3 /5 Joseph Ziegler: Food was good but had issues. We hadn’t been to the Antioch ovation in a few years and decided to stop by for dinner. Restaurant was clean and plenty of seating despite being busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered 3 pizzas and a family Caesar salad. The salad was brought out quick and was delicious. 2 of our pizzas showed up and when we asked about the third, the server had no idea it was ordered. Showed them the receipt and it was brought out shortly after. However, that pizza was burnt to a crisp. They offered to remake it and had the new one out in about 10 minutes. Although all the pizzas tasted good, two of them were incredibly dry and had almost no sauce. It’s unfortunate because we’ve never had issues at the concord or Clayton locations. It also seemed like their sangria was significantly watered down compared to previous visits.

1 /5 Gabrielle C.: Decided to have a date out after an event and try out this location. Grew up going to the Concord location and was always a great experience. This one is closer to home. Parking lot was pretty empty. The girl was plesant behind the counter, told us to sit anywhere, was looking forward to it but thats as good as it went. After we sat down, we saw about 5 people inside the kitchen, 2 guys carrying around empty pizza boxes and other miscellaneous stuff, and a girl wiping down the windows in the next section over. I gave it a moment, maybe they were in the middle of something. Yet time passed with multiple employees looking in our direction, not one asked us anything, no menus, didnt see any to grab on the counter ourselves. I gave it another few minutes, the girl finished wiping the windows on the door and moved to wiping down the window to the left. Didnt hear or see anyone else inside the restaurant at the time. Im not the type of person to cause an issue or complain normally, and I felt if I had in person then and there the service and quality of food would have probably been worse than what would have eventually been ordered. It seemed ridiculous to have to ask hey, can we get a menu and water, flag someone down to get something at all in a completely dead restaurant. Walked out the door because it is apparent no customers were the priority. Was looking to order 2 large pizzas (one there and one to-go) and appetizers at minimum but for what I know that would cost, Id much rather put that towards a location that seems more welcoming and friendly to customers so we went less than 5 minutes down the road to our favorite Chinese food place.

1 /5 Habibie: A few weeks ago, I left a glowing review about how friendly the staff were during a pickup and how great the pizza was. My husband and I were genuinely looking forward to dining in for the first time, especially since it’s rare for us to have a day off together. Unfortunately, our experience tonight was completely different and deeply disappointing. The only highlight of the meal was the Caesar salad, which was fresh and well prepared. Sadly, everything else fell far short. The chicken wings were noticeably undercooked, and the pizzas lacked the flavor and quality we had previously enjoyed. Cleanliness was also a serious concern. There were dead flies all over our table, and we noticed the same issue at the table next to us. To make matters worse, we actually found a dead fly in our ranch dressing, completely unacceptable. Compounding the discomfort, there was no air conditioning despite the outside temperature being over 95 degrees. It made the dining environment extremely unpleasant for both guests and staff. Speaking of the staff, this was not the same team we encountered previously. While they weren’t necessarily rude, they also weren’t friendly or welcoming. The warmth and hospitality that once stood out were completely absent. We were genuinely excited to return, but sadly, after this experience, we won’t be back.
