Cordova: Firstly I will say I’m a food enthusiast, I love good quality food and smashburgers has that quality, but the service and atmosphere my husband experienced while picking up our order today was unprofessional and unnecessary, firstly the girl running the counter completely ignored him and when he explained he was picking up an order she miss heard the name, no biggie but was completely rude to him because it seemed to inconvenience her, secondly we had ordered a 30oz fountain drink with our order and when he asked about it she said there was no drink with order, I’m sorry but I spend good money for food and when a drink is $3.99 I expect what I pay for especially when each burger is $16 a piece. If your going to have someone at the front counter make sure that their customer service ability matches the quality of food, because bad customer service will take away from the quality and quantity of customers you receive, especially being in such a small town and all. Just saying.
