Peky P. New restaurant on the block. Good selections of noodle soups with excellent flavors. Broth is beautifully cooked. Handmade noodles are cooked to perfection. The right texture and chewiness. Portion is also very generous. Servers are friendly but not intrusive, the store is clean and not gaudy. *Braised Beef Noodles (Handcut noodle, mid-spicy)* Flavor is en pointe! One of the best weve tasted in South Bay. Beef cuts are not shredded and definitely generous. Cant say enough on the flavor! Absolute favorite. *Beef ribs daikon clear soup (Thick noodles)* Nicely sliced beef ribs served on the side to preserve the flavor of the soup and keep the meat warm. Noodles are cooked well with the right level of chewiness. Soup has its natural sweetness and definitely cooked from broth. Highly recommend to try.

Carlos Zuniga Made reservations expecting a good meal and had those expectations shattered. Not just the best food in Mammoth, but some items stand toe to toe with the best cuisine in the world. The squid ink fettuccine and the short ribs are amazing. Dipping their Italian bread in the short rib sauce is out of this world. We brought our picky 9 year old twins who mostly like simple kid food and even they really enjoyed it, which was the cherry on top. A+!

Rimma A We came without big expectations as there were not much real photos on Google. We didn’t make a reservation, so the only options was to have à la carte from kitchen. At the beginning we had to wait at the bar a bit. Our server was really good and professional and explained the menu really good. We had a complimentary salads and sides, really tasty. Overall food was one of the best we had and one of the best old fashioned. So we really enjoyed everything and this is our favorite place now.
