lupita ramirez The passion fruit tea was a 10/10 it’s a good amount of sweetness and I downed it very fast. I also ordered the spicy malatang and it’s been my 5th time ordering, it’s so addicting and delicious. Reminds me of my favorite spot in my hometown. Honestly a hidden gem in davis especially for UC davis students. Come check this place out, definitely a good bang for your buck.

Steve Vance Weve enjoyed Clandestino since the time they opened. Their food is fresh, with lots of varieties on the menu which always changes to keep it interesting. Their drinks are also fresh, very flavorful, and not watered down. The staff is always such a pleasure to have serve us, and they are very gracious and attentive. Such a welcome pleasure to be greeted with smiles and thankfulness! Tonights delight was: Clandestino Burrito, light and flavorful. Fresh Guac and Chips...delicious! Arugula and Apple salad with Grilled Chicken...perfectly seasoned and cooked! Their food is not only delicious but beautiful to look at!

Sarah Alvarez Came here for my birthday dinner the other night. Waitress was very kind and welcoming! The atmosphere is so fun, and they have cards on the table to play games. Beer was good, food was good. Will be back!

Valerie Endicott Oh my. A Chili Relleno that bursted with tender steak, peanuts and seasonings that had me wanting to lick my plate! A perfect Tequila Mojito to wash it down and our attentive and friendly server Alberto made this special girls night out perfect. A very intimate and cool spot. Highly recommend.

Abdul Hawasli Stopped by the Oxmo Public Market around the same time on a Monday afternoon and it was not busy at all. It felt cozy and comfortable, making it a nice place to walk through without feeling rushed. There was plenty to look at and enjoy, and the overall vibe felt relaxed and intimate. On a day like today, parking was available, though I am not sure how it is on busier days. There is also street parking nearby. For those with kids, the restroom has a changing table, which was appreciated.

Joe Camacho I very much enjoyed this restaurant. I had the Texas Platter with a house salad and chili beans. The only thing "Texas" about this platter was the size of the meal. It is served on a cafateria size tray and I was unable to finish the meal. The un-Texas (California special) Tri-Tip was very good. However, I could have done without the bbq sauce on the Tri-Tip. The shrimp were large, and the sausage was very well flavored. The half chicken was a little dry but very well seasoned and was great. The highlight of the meal was the chili beans. By far, the BEST beans I have had in a while. They made the platter!
