Street Side Ale House and Eatery - (Near Paso Robles, CA)

5 /5 Marc Milrod: Effectively a sports bar on weekends. We were there on a rainy Saturday. Somehow there was a large care of 40-50 something aging frat boys. Boy, did our good taste quieter when their rivalry game was over. They offer an incredibly tasty Lamb Burger. Just be sure if you order the Mac & Cheese that you are hungry. My wife was not expecting a quart, was a tad overwhelmed, and ate ~10%.

4 /5 Brandon Cohrs: Meh. This is how I felt about this establishment. It’s located right on the park square in downtown Paso. Nice place that had retractable glass doors in the bar area that created great ventilation on a sunny day. We came here for lunch with our 2 kids. The food is bar food. The drinks were good, but we mainly came to eat. I had wings, which were kind of underwhelming. I got somewhere around 8 wings that were very tiny for $18. Pretty overpriced, if you ask me. Half were buffalo (pretty standard) and half were dry rub. I’ve had dry rubbed wings at several restaurants through California. This was the saltiest dry rub, I’ve had. I like salt, but not this much salt.

4 /5 Lisa Kooiman: This places LOVES their rosemary. We orders a couple apps to share between my husband, daughter and myself. This was our first time stopping in. We order the street fries, 2 orders of the mac and cheese and the sliders, a beer and cocktail and the brown butter churro cake. The fries were definitely our favorite. The mac was a bit hard to eat with the amount of rosemary in it. It wasnt just garnished over the top. It was in it, over it, and everywhere. Atleast for us, it was too oooo much. It tasted/looked like we ordered rosemary with a side of mac...lol. All the seating, waitress, and servers we encountered were all very nice and friendly. We definitely reccomend the street fries and cake.
