We were lucky enough to have Star as our server, worth requesting her service, she was special smiley attentive and exceeded all expectations. Paloma the manager on duty and team had exceptional execution and displayed happy attitudes and high standards the entire time. Paloma and members of the team even performed a dance together when I complimented their service style... We left completely blown away, satisfied and wowed by the hospitality here, as if we were eating at home with our own family. This is a special restaurant and Paloma and Star are wonderful additions to your team. There were many others that were in the kitchen and front of house working hard to make the place run at a high level. It was very impressive and unforgettable. Thank you for keeping a high standard with performance and attitude here, its now one of my favorite spots to dine when I visit! Cya next time.

Albert Chang Grand Café is an absolute gem in Richmond! The food tastes just like the dishes you’d find in China—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. If you love genuine Chinese food, Grand Café is a must-try. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Richmond!
