Jessica Ferrell We stayed at Bahia for five days, and enjoying every single service. The dockside has an offer. We brunch with Patrick who absolutely nailed every point of service. And while the avocado toast with added smoked salmon is insanely ridiculous expensive, it is also amazingly good and totally worth it. No regrets. We had dinner with Ethan, who made sure that even when a questionable shrimp roll was delivered he corrected the situation immediately. The pool restaurant was closed one of the days that we were there, and we did take out from dockside, while they were not super ready for the system to go into place. It seemed… Mara made every effort to ensure that our order was exactly what we needed The thing about dioxide is, it’s an absolutely fantastic on-site restaurant option that serves three meals a day. Is it expensive? Yes. But you also have a stunning view of the dock exceptional service and fantastic food. So is it worth it? Absolutely. We liked it so much. We bought a $40 T-shirt with the name on it from the gift shop. If you find yourself at the resort and you’re thinking, oh gosh, I’m really hungry, just go to dockside. Problem solved.

Whitney Moore We celebrated our friend’s 40th birthday here and we enjoyed several delicious tapas. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy the canned tuna but it was exquisite, I wish all canned tuna tasted this fresh and delicious! They had a great variety of food on the menu and everyone left satisfied. My mocktail was light & refreshing, would order again! Service was friendly and attentive, from beginning to end. Beautiful hotel we walked through and it has a very nice bathroom in the lobby.

Mark Flores Great new spot with a cool vibe. Food consisted of small portions easy to share and quite tasty. Drinks were exceptional everything I had was well crafted. Will definitely be back and happy to find this new place in santa ana.

Andrea Diaz Native Son is my favorite spot in downtown Merced, it is a cozy modern atmosphere & i was welcomed right away by Adriana. She made the experience here so welcoming & fun that ive been back 3 days in a row lol the wine was great, breakfast burrito was delicousss ive never had a breakfast burrito with sweet potatoes. The strawberry mango lemonade was refreshing & totally post worthy! the star of the show for me was the banana matcha, id been trying to find one in Merced & i will be back over & over again. 10/10 everything, thank you Adriana you’re fantastic & all the guest love you!

Joey Hernandez Open since January 2025, I just tried it and I am very pleased. Ill add videos, look at how they pay attention to detal! The flavors are delicious and very enjoyable. I got the Beef Wellington Bites, the sauce and delicious! Tri Tip Bruschetta, WHOA! YOU HAVE TO GET THESE! Rosemary chicken and Lamb Chop plate. The chicken enchilada soup is going to be good if youre latino or enjoy Hispanic food. Just try it, dont worry about not liking it, the food is good and worth the visit. Esmeralda was an exceptional hostess and waitress. Kudos! Will be back, all the way from Tehachapi
