The Couxp - (Near Arcata, CA)

3 /5 Rebekka Lopez: I’m normally a huge fan of the couxp. They were probably slammed when I placed my order on DD, but my bahn mi was missing several ingredients including cilantro,and pickled carrots and daikon radish. Was more of a regular spicy chicken sandwich without it. I was about to try to enjoy it anyway when I noticed a small amount of mold on the bun. If these things would’ve happened on two separate sandwiches, i’d honestly be fine. But moldy bread on a sandwich with missing ingredients was frustrating. My side of thai sauce was also missing from the my order. I shared the issue with doordash and only got a $4.83 refund on the $17 sandwich but that’s a complaint on DD, not the Couxp. 3 stars because I have enjoyed previous orders just fine before this.

5 /5 Kelsey King: Mmm delicious snack on our roadtrip! Everything was so fresh and crispy. Especially liked the fried chicken sandwich. The wings were good too but next time would want to do lemon Parmesan instead of honey garlic (too sweet and sticky). Service was great too - she was so helpful!

1 /5 Marissa Center: Quality and consistency of this place has unfortunately gone downhill. Dry, crusty, questionable looking pieces of meat on the “chicken sandwiches”

4 /5 Rain Price: Good value for the sandwiches and wings. Chicken was crispy and tender and slightly over brined in the sandwich, and I wish I could feel way more heat on the nashville "hot".
