Tommy Js Grill & Catering - (Near Davis, CA)

5 /5 Grammy G: We always forget about this place when looking for something to eat. It’s a great place to grab a bite or have a drink after work. Staff is nice and food is good. We had loaded jalapeño tots with beer cheese. We also had the cheeseburger and buffalo chicken salad. We enjoyed everything we got. They also have seating outside. It’s a little different because you place your order at the counter and then seat yourself and they bring out your food and wait on you from there. I recommend Tommy J’s.

5 /5 Grey Crawford: This was my favorite spot when I attended Davis the last four years. It is by far the best burger anywhere in town. The staff are super friendly too. One of them got to know me and the people I went with on a first name basis which I really liked! It felt good to be recognized when I went in. I liked the regular cheeseburger but others really liked some of the fancier offerings. Portions are large. Make sure you get the fries!

5 /5 Doug McElhinney: Watched the Davis edition of "Best Bite in Town" which featured the Aggie Jam Burger. Even though I dont live in Davis anymore, Ive had this burger 4-5 times. It is delicious. I like the jam burger so much, I havent been able to order anything else but I think any burger there would be excellent. The way they cook the burgers is perfect, crunchy outside and done to perfection inside. My only suggestion is to open a place in South Lake Tahoe.

5 /5 Leah Pressley: My husband and I love trying burger places and this place did not disappoint! We ordered the Cajun, Aggie jam, and a regular cheese burger. Everything was very flavorful and cooked exactly how we ordered. We also tried their beer cheese for our fries and tater tots and that was also delicious. The service was on point, fast, and everyone was very friendly. HIGHLY recommend, best burgers in Davis hands down!
