5 /5 Amanda Kay: My family and I have been here many times and every time has been good, if not, great. I appreciate the owner’s kindness and how he trains the employees to also have good customer service. The tomato bisque is incredible and the French dip is delish!

1 /5 Gillian Masters: Edit: this order was placed through Sourdough’s app. I called the number from the app to try to fix the problem. I never placed the order through DoorDash, don’t have a DoorDash account. So I am still out the money for my order and received no food. Ordered delivery for a coworker and myself who were stuck at work, working doubles. When the delivery came it only had her food and not mine. Called and they said they see it was shorted and they were sorry and I could come by and pick it up, I said I am stuck at work and can’t leave. She again apologized. I asked her to please refund the items I did not receive and she said she couldn’t. So now I’m not only stuck working 6 more hours without food, but I can’t get me money back. Very poor customer service. This was my first time getting food from here and it came highly recommended, but I won’t ever know because I won’t be back due to the customer service.

5 /5 Karri Koenigs: Excellent customer service. Truly grateful to this team. They jumped in to action immediately when I came to pick up 15 sandwiches and realized I placed the order for the wrong date. They had everything ready in 10 minutes. And, of course, their sandwiches are delicious!

5 /5 Steven Fisher: Overall one of the best interactions I have had while working in the areas store staff is friendly and will give you honest recommendations on the food. I have trusted each recommendation thus far and have been floored each time! Also lemon cookie is a win!
