The space itself is beautiful — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with an inviting layout that makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy your coffee instead of rushing out the door. It’s the kind of interior that feels intentional without being pretentious. The coffee is outstanding. Their single-origin offerings are clearly treated with care, and you can taste the quality in every cup. Bright, well-balanced, and expertly brewed — this is legit specialty coffee done right. Huge bonus points for the vegan food options, which are genuinely good and not an afterthought. Thoughtful, flavorful choices that pair perfectly with the coffee and make this a spot you can come back to again and again. Great atmosphere, great coffee, great people. If you care about quality coffee and a well-designed space, Witness is an easy must-visit.

5 /5 Sarah M: Am excellent menu of drink offerings! I am always impressed when coffee shops offer a winder variety of tea latte specials, as well as coffee specials. This shop completes for number 1 as the best Ive seen in variety of offerings! We had a tea latte similar to a London Fog that was excellent. Their roasted coffee is also exceptional! I also had a latte with the rose cardimom syrup that was perfect! Not to overpowering or too sweet, it was just right. I would highly recommend a stop here!

5 /5 Maria: Solid spot with excellent coffee and vegan pastries/food. The coffee was strong and full of flavor and the pastry I got was so good - one of the best I’ve had recently. I also really liked the wrap - the chipotle sauce and hummus were a great mix. I think it would be awesome if the wrap had a bit more veggies but it was quite good nonetheless. The staff member working the counter was also very kind and friendly! Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

5 /5 Tri Dao: Visiting from out of town to see the Redwoods, stopped by on a whim, loved it, came back multiple times. I enjoyed a pour over, they do single origin beans from all over the world, I chose one from Ethiopia, very enjoyable and perfectly crafted. Also tried out their matcha latte the next time around, they are a vegan coffee shop, so opted for oat milk instead of my usual whole milk, and still enjoyed it. if you want a great hand crafted caffeine fix made to order with care, stop here.
