Sara Stanton Such delicious curry, and the sweet taro rice is bomb. Its definitely my go to spot, perfect for warming up in winter. Their space is very cozy, but I love getting it to go to have at home -- its the best. ☺️

Michael Booth Food cooked to order, so great for dine-in, poor for drive up. (Think in-n-out) Fourth time here, service good all times. Great menu with unique items like fried veggies. This time I had the Chicken Club and it was excellent! If you need FAST food, go elsewhere. Decent food prepared well, this is the place.

Tom Stephens Awesome beer and good food. I tried a sample of all the beer styles and they all came back fresh and crispy. None were overly malty. No old school beers here. I will certainly be back. Probably the best beer around.

Professional Reviewer Yet another good restaurant in a county with limited options that is staring down the barrel of a gun wielded by the totalitarian governor of this state and his mandate that he save our lives from something that never threatened us. But he will save us, even if it means killing us. The place was dead on the day I went, barely surviving with a couple staff handling primarily take out orders. Rumor is that supply issues due to the response to the “pandemic” is threatening their menu in the coming week. The salsa was good; a little heavy on the acid and light on salt and cilantro. The cabbage was good; a little heavy on the chilies and light on cilantro. I had the burrito grande. The pork was tender and flavorful. The rice and beans were of good quality. The pico was properly balanced and not used as an overwhelming filler. My only problem was perhaps a slight under saucing of the salsa verde. The service was good overall, with an attentive staff. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL RESTAURANTS!

Sam It was a true gift to be able to dine at Yianni’s Grill. The service, food, and experience is unmatched. As soon as you walk into the door you are greeted by someone and it feels as though you are immersing yourself into the culture with this dining experience. We saw the owner Mr. Yianni walking around talking to different tables and being extremely friendly. We had dinner here and the food was phenomenal. After every bite my palate kept asking for more. The way everything melts in your mouth is euphoric. This place was so delicious that I decided to come back again for breakfast a couple days later for my birthday to see what their breakfast had to offer. It was another phenomenal experience. The host Darlene was extremely friendly and so was the rest of the staff. They gave me a small scoop of ice cream and sang a quick happy birthday. This place is honestly one of the best dining experiences that I’ve had for whatever my opinion is worth to whoever is reading this. Best Greek food I have ever had and it’s in the middle of Sonora California, who would’ve knew? If you’re in the area, give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Yianni and Yianni’s team. You all are doing great things!

Marissa Spiller The food was amazing!!!! Definitely worth my time small portions but enough to were you will be full and not waste your food!! We got lasagna spinach style and my husband got the chicken parmigiana I had a bit of it it’s was so good! Highly recommend bThis place if your passing through or live in Sonora!

Nicki Mahoney I HIGHLY suggest you get the biscuits and gravy or add the gravy on your breakfast. One of the best I’ve ever had. Owner was slammed so that’s why service wasn’t 5 stars but if I’m in town I will be returning. You won’t be disappointed. I got the ‘Logger breakfast’

Don Showers Do yourself a favor and support this local star chef! You won’t be disappointed! We come here at least once every time we come up, which is usually about twice a year. Flavor is on point, very fresh and totally reasonable price! His Dragon Fire Sauce is amazing.

Katie Stephens For the Holidays: This was our second time doing Santa at the game room. Its always a nice experience. The staff and Santa are always friendly. You walk up and they take a free Polaroid picture of you/your kids with Santa. After you see Santa they have a tree and lots of presents/toys underneath. The kids are allowed to pick a toy for free. They also give out free hot chocolate (self serve). For a small town, its a perfect quaint holiday experience and my kids always enjoy it. Its not too crazy either. Very peaceful. As for the business, sadly, I havent been able to head down and enjoy the things The Game Room has to offer outside of the holidays. From observation: They have lots of pool tables and some arcade games (there are several arcade games, but if youre comparing it to an arcade, they dont have as much). They have regular seating available as well. Im unsure if they sell food, but I assume they do. I also saw online they have D&D nights. So I figure they must do other gaming names or have other game related things going on outside of what you see from appearance. I really want to head over and play pool sometime. Its my favorite, lol. Overall, it appears to be a great place for fun and games, for adults and kids. Hopefully Ill be able to enjoy more of what The Game Room has to offer soon. :)

FTW Everyone was very kind and helpful with questions about the food, they had excellent BBQ, and a very cozy and down home environment. I would definitely recommend giving them a try, you wont be disappointed. My wife and daughter loved the food too!!

Adam Sandoval You can’t be blamed for not knowing this place serves great Mexican food as all the signage says “Sunshine Station” with the tagline “best darn dogs in the state”. Branding aside, you will find AMAZING taqueria food here. We ordered Al pastor, and chile verde burritos. The Al pastor was top tier, however, the chile verde was one of the best I have ever had. You could taste that the tomatillo sauce was cooked in house, not store bought and the pork was fresh. Salsa bar was fresh and stocked with all the staples. Pico de gallo was firm, and the sauces all had tremendous flavor and respectable heat. All of this and The price is right. Big draw back is that there are no tables, all bar style stools, so not ideal seating for a group. If they put some tables outside with umbrellas, I think that would put this place on top. There a few things that they could do to improve the experience but the food is already excellent. Service was great with the cashier even giving me some background on the recipe of the chile verde. Show Sergio’s some love and the food will love you back.
