Rosina McVicker A friend and I visited RusTeak Thornton Park with a friend for dinner. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, and a little loud, but we were able to be seated in a relatively quiet section of thendoning room. Our waiter, Corbin, was awesome. He had just the right balance if making sure all was well, but not "hovering". Also, the kitchen sent me then ring meal initially, and he noticed immediately and corrected the situation. I ordered a "Red Fish" dinner and it was prepared perfectly. My friend ordered steak and was very pleased. This was my first visit to this restaurant, but it will not be the last.

Even though we were just passing through, the service was welcoming and the portions were great. We’ll definitely return any time we’re in the area again!

Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned, and the portions were very generous. I tried a few different items, and all of them were delicious. The meats were cooked perfectly, and the sides like rice and fried cassava were comforting and tasty. You can tell the food is made with care and not rushed. The overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable sitting down and enjoying your meal without feeling rushed. Even though it was my first visit, it definitely left a good impression. If my first experience is any indication, this is a spot I’ll be returning to soon. I’m already looking forward to trying more items on the menu next time.

Jill Mccloughan My husband and I decided to check this restaurant tonight and it was delicious!! The food had so much flavor. I had the seafood ravioli and there was a ton of lobster in it. No skimping!! My husband and steak marsala which was slightly overcooked but he said the flavor made up for it. The portions are perfect. I don’t like when there is too much. Our waitress Ilene was attentive and so sweet. We will go back really soon!

Sandi Bissell Had the little "dive bar" atmosphere, which was great. Beer battered everything, so you know that was going to be good; however, I veered off and had the best open face pot roast sandwich over mashed with the best flavored gravy, not just a brown soup! My home skillets chose the shrimp and cod plates which looked phenomenal. They confirmed it was true. Amanda was not only a great cook, but kewl person. The owners gf, Audrey was very personable as well. We will be going back before going home.
