5 /5 Maria Barbantini: The 2 for $25 menu items are a great value. I usually order the burger, fries and salad. The meal is always prepared well and is very filling. Staff is friendly but, if you happen to be there during a rush period, it can seem to be slightly understaffed. The value is there for me since it’s fresh and just cooked, in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. For slightly more money, it’s a much better experience than a full blown fast food restaurant. 1 /5 Malaki Beatty: We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I brought my father-in-law out since he was visiting from Scotland. First, we were informed that our infant daughter couldn’t sit in the high chair because it was a fire hazard. It took over an hour to get our food, and the salmon was raw (the manager told us it was “rare”). The chicken parmesan smelled like feet with barely any sauce, the grilled chicken was dry, and the salad was prepared incorrectly. One of the salads was completely missing. The wings were good, though. We complained to the manager (Kristy), but she refused to give me her last name. She was completely rude and barked at us, saying she didn’t owe us anything and that the food was perfect, if the children hadn’t been with us this confrontation would’ve went a completely different direction. We had a $100 bill, and we still had to go home and cook. I highly recommend you all avoid this location and possibly go to the Crystal River location. We will not be returning. Our server Amelia was awesome though, still left a tip for her.

5 /5 D P: Burgers were soooo good. Everything was hot, served well. Server was awesome. Update: Well, here it is, just a matter of weeks later & oh, how things change. We asked for our burgers to be rare. They were completely well done aka tasteless. The fries were not only tepid but old & dried out, like theyd sat awhile. The female who brought our food literally placed it on the table & walked away. There was no offer of condiments or anything else. My husband had an empty beer glass in front of him & there it sat. I was never offered a refill of my soda though my drink had been consumed. There were very long waits in between visits from our server who made no attempt to rectify the situation other than to say, oh, sorry. I really thought things were looking up but sadly, this Applebees is just as bad as the rest of them. Sign me #disappointed.

5 /5 ayanna: Lashika was amazing and she was the sweetest soul ever. She served her drinks perfectly and very efficiently. Guess we’re walking in 15 minutes before close and she still treated them with a courtesy. We can’t wait to visit her again!!

3 /5 Sherri v,.: Went for birthday dinner for our daughter. The food was great. Cant say the same for our server. Shexwas not very pleasant, and seemed to to like her job. We ate on the patio as the restaurant was freezing.
