Arbys - (Near Defuniak Springs, FL)

1 /5 Jessica Gonterman: Arrived at drive thru, and were told to wait a minute. Sat there for at least 10 minutes and tried to get their attention through speaker. Pulled around to drive thru window and was ignored for a couple of minutes, until Crystal finally came over to let us know they weren’t taking orders. This is at 6pm. Would have been nice to know that when we initially pulled up instead of making us wait and then for her to be rude to us.

2 /5 Brian Chapman: I ordered an online order before arriving, and the app said order would be ready at 2:02. They confused my order with someone else, and it was a half hour before it was ready after I arrived. The order was wrong also. I ordered a half pound Beef and Cheddar, and got a roast beef with bacon and tomato. No cheese sauce. I also ordered large potato cakes, and received 2 instead of 4. I didnt notice anything until I got home and it wasnt worth the 14 mile drive to correct it. **UPDATE ** 09/05/2025 Came back in because I absolutely love their loaded Italian...... The General Manager rocks !! Awesome service this go round, and Awesome food !!! Thank you !!!!!!!!!!

5 /5 Lura Hickey: I order doordash for delivery because I am unable to get to the store. Tonights order was very good except for my chicken tenders were not included. When I called the store they admitted it was their fault and that they would be happy on my next order for me to call them and ask for the manager and there would be no problem with their adding the chicken tenders to that order what impressed me was how pleasant the manager was that I spoke with she made me feel very comfortable especially with her admitting that they didnt add it to the bag before the Dasher picked it up.

1 /5 Dirty chaos Off-roaders: Went through the drive though today, 11-30-25. The girl at the window (I want to say her name was Neveah, possibly, I know it started with an N) was without a doubt the RUDEST fast food worker I’ve ever had to deal with. Over the microphone to order her tone asking “what else?” Was enough to let me know it probably wasn’t going to be pleasant. When we pulled up to the window she barked the price at us, tossed the drinks and SLAMMED the door window shut. When she came back she said “We have no Arby’s sauce, what else do you want?” Again… the tone was the issue. When we told her we wanted horsey sauce she slammed the window back shut. A few minutes later she came back with the food and in it was a 2oz plastic sauce cup with less than an oz of horsey sauce. She had slammed the window shut again before we could even ask for me. Definitely will not be returning to this location which sucks because of how convenient to the other stores it is.

5 /5 Cody K: This is by far the cleanest Arbys Ive ever been to, I walked in and you could smell the Arbys food but everything was kept up cleaned up and well taken care of. Even the counter and behind the counter looks like it was being taken care of kept up and clean as they made their food. If it wasnt so far away this would be my new Arbys location to go to. Being from Pensacola and how the ones from Pensacola cant even compare to the quality of cleanliness this location has to offer. Not to mention the manager herself made my food and it came out absolutely perfect!!!
