Sharpey31 We stopped into Brick House Tavern + Tap since it’s right next to our hotel, and it ended up being a great choice. Walked in and got perfect seats at the bar right away. The staff was immediately friendly — just genuinely good people who seemed happy to be there and took great care of us. The food was awesome. Everything came out hot, fast, and way better than typical bar food. You can tell they actually put some effort into it. They also have a really solid beer selection on tap, plenty of options, all served ice cold. It is definitely loud inside — lots of energy, TVs going, a busy bar crowd — but the atmosphere is fun and everyone around us seemed to be having a good time. It’s the kind of place where the noise doesn’t bother you because the vibe is just good. One thing that stood out was how clean the place was. Even being busy, the bar, tables, and overall space were really well-kept. Overall, Brick House Tavern + Tap was a great stop. Great staff, great food, great beers, and right by the hotel — can’t beat it. We’ll definitely be back.

Amy Morgan We were there when it was cold out, which was disappointing because I would have loved to eat outside! But the ambience was still great. Rachel was our server. She was attentive and kept our drinks full. We got the fish dip, alligator and calamari- all three were fantastic (I forgot to take pictures). For an entree I got the shrimp and scallop risotto, and added the 1/4 pound crab legs. The risotto had amazing flavor- it was just a little dry for me, I wish it was just a tad creamier. Id give it a 9/10. My boyfriend got the filet- it was cooked perfectly and was seasoned well. We were very happy with our experience and we would definitely visit again!! They also gave me a free coozie with my beer!!

Kristie Ang You know a place is good when you’re already looking forward to your next visit before you’ve even walked out the door. Kool Beanz Café never disappoints. Hands down my favorite place to eat in Tallahassee. The atmosphere is casual, fun, and welcoming. The portions are generous, the food is packed with flavor, and the service is warm, attentive, and friendly, which immediately makes you feel right at home. One of the things I love most is that the menu constantly changes so there’s always something new to try and fall in love with. Every visit feels fresh, yet the quality is consistently incredible. On our most recent visit, there were so many tempting options on the menu that picking just one was nearly impossible. We ended up ordering several dishes and finished the night with dessert. Every single bite was fantastic.

Sheena Everytime I drive by this place its busy. So this morning I decided to give it a try with my daughter. We walked up the ramp which was nice so its wheelchair accessible. We waited to be seated, and we sat outside overlooking the ocean. I ordered the iced latte, and my daughter had the Java Latte with their homemade whipped cream. The drinks were impressive! For breakfast I had the chilli cheese burrito made with their homemade chili and it was spectacular! My daughter had the jumbo pancakes with banana and chocolate chips. We will definitely be back! Oh our server was outstanding as well.

Beshoy Selim Absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredible every bite full of flavor. The tequila was exceptionally delicious and so smooth, easily one of the best I’ve had. A special shoutout to Gilbert — he gave us the best welcome with a genuine smile and true professionalism. He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish and paid attention to every detail. You can really feel that he cares about the guests and their experience. Great atmosphere, outstanding service, and unforgettable flavors. We’ll definitely be back!
