Breakfast Station - (Near Inverness, FL)

5 /5 Janet Scanlon, Realtor: What a start to the breakfast meal. The door was opened for me from the staff on inside and a lovely welcoming and greeting. The young lady sat me right away and got me a drink. The menu is not extensive and in my opinion perfect amount of choices for both breakfast and lunch. Not a very large restaurant but it was clean and the staff were very welcoming. (Especially to have the door opened for me as I walked up) I ordered the 3x3x3x2 breakfast ... 3 eggs any style, 3 slices bacon, 3 sausage patties and 2 pancakes served with it chose the shredded hasbrowns. I did request soft scrambled eggs and may I just say THANK YOU to the cook that knew exactly what a soft scramble is... not runny nor dangerous to eat.. he or she nailed the scramble!! The sausage patties were shocking in size to me.. wow a full sausage patty not the tiny frozen Jimmy Dean kind.. the slices of bacon were cooked perfectly to me as well not crispy and not loose and fatty they were just right. The pancakes were large I was expecting the dollar size pancakes and I received 2 full pancakes that were very flavorful and buttery. I will be in town for the next month and certainly will return.. I cant wait to try the eggs benedict.. if the cook nailed the soft scramble he or she will surely get the hollandaise and poach just right too.. so the review is to be continued but overall for first trip.. yes go and have a great breakfast here and relax!

5 /5 Sean: Super friendly staff and very clean. I order the eggs Benedict with hash browns, the eggs were poached perfectly! And I finished the entire plate it was so good! My water ran out once but was filled in less than one minute later. Excellent service and food. Cant wait to go back again! And they also serve lunch here too!

Even the sides were exceptional—nothing felt like an afterthought. The coffee was also fantastic: rich, smooth, and exactly what you need to start your morning off right. What truly sets this place apart is the overall experience. It’s not just about great food (though that alone would be enough), but about how welcomed and valued you feel while you’re there. 4 /5 Annamarie Perrigo: Breakfast was delicious. Service was excellent. Server was very attentive. All the waitresses help each other out. The owner James, always comes around to make sure everything is OK. My only issue is I went to pay. I told them I had $5 for my rewards. She said it was too late. She already rang me up so I couldnt use my rewards. I recommend if you have a rewards program, the cashier should ask prior to ringing a person up so they can use them.

5 /5 Angel P.: This Breakfast Station has, without doubt, the best of all others. I have visited this franchise from Pasco County to Citrus County. I have tried them once or some times twice without returning due to different reasons. Mostly poor preparation of the meal ordered. To include excessive wait times, poor service, and tight and limited spaces. However, this is not the case here in the Inverness Breakfast Station. Here, the food arrives hot right from the grill. The service is spectacular with minimum to no wait time. The servers are constantly checking on the customers, and the location is bright, clean, and spacious. Theres pride with the service provided, and it is extremely appreciated. I have become a loyal customer with this location. Let me not forget, the meals are delicious... Amazing! The same menu and meals from all other Breakfast Station, however, at this location, the food is prepared perfectly and presentable. Theres plenty of parking, convenient location surrounded by other businesses for your shopping endeavors. Stop by and give them a try. You will not regret it... bon appetite!!!
