Cafe Karibo - (Near Fernandina Beach, FL)

5 /5 Anita Stephens: Stopped by for Lunch today. It’s Saturday and it’s busy. We sat outside because this place is so laid back surrounded by lots of beautiful plants and greenery. Our waitress Meagan was so sweet and friendly. Our food came out hot and on time. My Husband had the burger and I had the Crab cakes. The crab cake were so good. Tasted fresh. My Husband said his burger was very juicy. The prices were very reasonable. Parking may be a little challenging, but usually you can find something on the street. The have inside and outside tables. Everyone was outside because it was such a beautiful sunny fall day on Amelia Island. I highly recommend going here to eat. We decided we would go back for dinner next week.

5 /5 Anon Ymous: It smelled amazing and so we decided to stop for lunch as we passed by. The food and our waitress were excellent! We got the cup of corn and shrimp chowder and the greek quesadillas. Both were excellent and full of flavor! Im looking forward to visiting again, next time I am in town!

5 /5 Bradley Smith: Came for lunch the day after Xmas. Had a good crowd, the outside was perfect weather. Drinks and food were great. Relaxing and just a nice atmosphere. Will be back for sure.

4 /5 Bob Morris: Jan 5th 2026, 1:15pm - -Came for a second visit. Ordered the Karibo burger, & the Kairibo house salad with a side of grilled shrimp. Both were absolutely amazing. Our server Scott was pleasant enough, however I ordered the "special sauce" for the burger on the side, but never did receive it. Not quite sure what happened there, but it wasnt a huge enough deal worth mentioning to the server. Anyway, by the time he came to check on us, i was nearly finished my meal. Ill definitely try this place again, perhaps the third time will be a charm and Ill be able to say that everything was perfect. Stopped in Dec 23rd 2025 around 1:30 pm. Crab cakes were tiny but good, salad was fresh, and the Philly Cheesesteak was really good. The side of potato salad that came with the Philly Cheese Steak however was not edible. It had some kind of weird funky taste to it, couldnt quite put my finger on what was wrong with it, but it wasnt right. Our waitress , i think her name was Charlie, was awesome. She was quick, attentive, but not over-bearing. Nice atmosphere on the patio, id eat there again if i could find parking. Parking for this place can be a real pain in the ass.
