5 /5 Hector Mejia: Great experience at Caribe Restaurant. The pollo a la plancha was amazing—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and fresh. Our server, Laura, was friendly and attentive and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

1 /5 Denise Martinez: Service HORRIBLE. Food HORRIBLE! I ordered their chicken a la brasa and it was pure tendons. I couldn’t find even one bite of edible chicken. I asked to take it back (which I never do) and I asked for chicken tenders for my daughter cause I lost my appetite. The tenders did not taste like chicken, it was 99% breading and the fries were bland and gross. The cups looked dirty. On top of everything the waitress was so rude and ignored us the whole time. I overheard her manager telling her to apologize for the food but she couldn’t even do that. At the end I had to ask someone else for the bill.

5 /5 Melody Chait: Fabulous breakfast for reasonable prices includes lots of your favorite meat, bacon, ham or sausage and house potatoes that have choppped bell peppers and onions with tostada ( toasted and buttered Cuban toast.). I also ordered 2 ham croquets which were full of ham and they were yummy. The cafe con leche is included in the breakfast and came with hot frothy cups of milk and a separate container of cafe to make your cafe light or dark as you choose. This restaurant was definitely worth the drive south. Our fabulous server was Gretel .A+++++++

5 /5 Eric B: Caribe restaurant in Hialeah is one of the best if not the best option for delicious Spanish food, cooked and served to perfection. Breakfast is on fire, with an excellent menu variety. At night on most of the weekends, they have live music or comedians on stage for a night of fun with a family ambient. The owners have done an excellent job training all their employees and managers. One thing I noticed, is that the owners are most of the time on the restaurant floor attentive to every costumer in the restaurant. They could be mistaken by just a regular employee, thats who humble they are. Should be noted that they owen more than six Caribes restaurant. Managers are involved the same as waitresses in regards to the customer services and needs. An special tecognition to the manager Javier, who i wish i can reclute him to my business, and Zoremy my favorite waitress who is very professional at her duties always eager to give you the best experience. Come and just try the restaurant, they deserve to be given a chance to serve you VIP stile while having one of the best food and experiences in Miami.

5 /5 Evette Phillips: My first time going there. The breakfast was amazing. I also order some guavaand cheese pastries, and a beef empanada. I must say it was delicious. The guava and cheese was fresh. I’ve never had a guava cheese like that before and I’ve eaten a lot of guavaand cheese. The beef pastry was excellent as well. I will be definitely coming back to this restaurant. Well done Caribe
