CAVA - (Near Gainesville, FL)

5 /5 Darlene: I’ve always loved CAVA, but a bad experience at another location (salty, watery, and poorly made food made with hate) and it almost ruined it for me. Thankfully, the University Road CAVA completely turned that around :’) The food here is always fresh, delicious, and clearly made with love—especially when Bella is there. She’s the absolute best and always takes extra care of my order. The service is kind, welcoming, and truly above and beyond. This is the only CAVA I trust now, and every meal reminds me why I fell in love with it in the first place! (image of what happens when food is made with love vs hate)

5 /5 Messina Shields: It was my first-ever visit to a CAVA location, and I had a great experience! I was visiting from out of town with my mother, and when I asked for recommendations, Carl and Eddie were incredibly helpful in explaining the menu and offering great suggestions. The bowl I ordered was delicious. Thank you, Carl and Eddie! I highly recommend CAVA, especially the location in Gainesville on University.

5 /5 Helix Harem: The food, service and atmosphere were all very high quality. Melanie, Nate and Kassidy were all very helpful, attentive and courteous to all guests and knowledgeable of menu offerings, dietary restrictions and all other guest inquires. The restaurant was very clean, the self service drink station was well stocked with all signature beverages quite full. This restaurant is on one of my bus routes from work everyday. Will definitely be again, especially for the lamb meatballs!

5 /5 Itz Elie: Was looking for something quick and simple! Walked in was immediately tended to. The food was fresh and I can never get over how good their pitas are! The entire staff was delightful especially the lady that checked us out, Ms. Bella, she was such a sweetheart, she made sure we had everything we needed and her personal skills are a 10/10!
