Sail me away Around the world A very charming and enjoyable Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, the philosophy of the place is beautiful, and the service truly made the experience special. Our Italian waiter was absolutely adorable, warm and attentive from start to finish. He genuinely elevated the whole evening. I was slightly disappointed by my pasta with clams, which came a bit too salty and somewhat bland, but everything else — the ambiance, the kindness of the staff, and the overall feeling of the place made it a very pleasant dinner. A spot with great potential and a memorable service.

Octav Popescu The venue is relatively small, but the atmosphere is vibrant and stylish. The staff tends to rush guests a bit when ordering food and drinks, likely to encourage quicker turnover. Still, it’s an enjoyable experience and worth trying at least once. A reservation is recommended to avoid waiting.

Todd Musgrove Salt & the Cellar delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. I booked the reservation through OpenTable for a dinner with a former colleague, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The highlights started immediately with the Akira Back Tuna Pizza, perfectly executed, with micro shiso and white truffle oil adding just the right balance of freshness and richness. The Spanish Octopus was tender and flavorful, and the 14oz NY Strip was cooked exactly as ordered, with a clean, high-quality cut that spoke for itself. The AB Wagyu Tacos were another standout. The tomato ponzu and gochujang added depth without overpowering the wagyu, and the balance of textures was spot on. Cocktails were equally impressive, the Smoked Old Fashioned made with High & Wicked bourbon and Trinity bitters was smooth, well-constructed, and a great complement to the meal. The real surprise of the night, though, was the Hot Mess Specialty Roll. Hands down, it was the best sushi roll I’ve ever had. The rice was the perfect consistency, something many places miss and the combination of sashimi poke, chuka wakame, and spicy ponzu aioli was exceptional. Every bite was balanced, clean, and genuinely memorable. Between the quality of the food, thoughtful execution, and overall atmosphere, Salt & the Cellar lives up to its reputation. I’d absolutely return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a refined but approachable dining experience.

We ordered the risotto and the Dover sole, and both dishes were executed to perfection. The risotto was rich, creamy, and full of depth, while the Dover sole was delicately prepared and absolutely delicious. The service was also outstanding, adding to the overall luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Salt is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a world-class culinary experience on Amelia Island. We can’t wait to come back!

Lid Today was our first visit to Stirrups and the World Equestrian Center. We made our reservations for brunch. last night and everything went perfectly this morning. We were greeted up front by some of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. Our Server was very information and she had enthusiasm and pizazz that you just do not see anymore these days in the hospitality industry. We ordered the Deviled Eggs and Bread Basket to start which were so delicious. We then had the Imperial Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, Omelette and Equestrian Breakfast. Everyone loved their entrees, the service and the ambiance. At the end of our meal, a Manager came by to check on us and we were surprised by a lovely Florida Citrus dessert. It was delicious. We will definitely be back for a visit soon. Thank you so much to the team for making our experience one of the best in a long, long time. :)

josean garcia Its always going to be difficult review places like Charleys because you really really have to nitpick about anything that could possibly go wrong, and they make it very hard to find something wrong. And with that being said, I couldnt find anything to nitpick it was perfect from the complimentary valet parking, all the way to the bathrooms, and of course the food was fantastic the 50oz porterhouse was perfectly cooked, its hilariously sized. The servers and the atmosphere are top class, everyone is respectful and helpful. Charleys steakhouse is absolutely where you go to celebrate accomplishments. And its expensive but 100% worth the price because they really dont miss.
