5 /5 Tiff Capers: I visited the Chick-fil-A location in Bartow and had another excellent experience! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and, as always, was never disappointed with the quality. The food was fresh and delicious, and the wait time was reasonable. It was not too long at all. I really appreciate the nice, welcoming atmosphere at this location. The staff is always friendly and professional, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. This Bartow location consistently delivers great service and food quality. Highly recommend!

4 /5 Slash ///////: Hey. Its chick fil a ! Like every restaurant they have, this one is really busy. But they have like a million employees fixing everything, so the wait is surprisingly easy and fast. I never go wing with the chicken sandwich, and the waffle fries are fantastic as well. Now I always get a 30 piece nugget to go, as I going I can reheat them in my air fryer for added yumminess whenever the craving hits.

However, this location is a different situation. Ive lost faith in them to provide a correct to go order. I have to check my order now & Im always missing something. I eat at this location at least twice a week & theres always something missing.

1 /5 Wyatt Campbell: My recent visit to this Chick-fil-A was disappointing. The service felt rushed and not as friendly as Im used to at this location. I didnt feel acknowledged when I approached the counter, and my order wasnt handled with the usual care. The team member Maddie was making us feel unwanted and making us uncomfortable. She was giving us attitude and giving us mean looks. And refused to say my pleasure even when corrected. I didn’t think it was that hard of a job to do but some people are too ignorant.I hope the team can improve communication and customer interaction moving forward.
