Chilis Grill & Bar - (Near Sebring, FL)

5 /5 Honest Reviewer: You can tell they upgraded their servers and chefs! Our server were extremely attentive and nice (you never get that in these places anymore). Stopped in for a quick bite and the food was great, came out hot and quick. Never had an empty cup. Can’t say I had any complaints about anything. Great job with the new haul of staff! Definitely needed it! 10/10

5 /5 Edward Narvid: Went for lunch early. Lots of seating but decided to sit at the bar. Good choice. Bartended was very helpful in reviewing and tasting several beers. Large menu, chose appetizers. They arrived quickly, were generous and well prepared. Will definitely go back.

1 /5 Wendy Tucci: My family came here for dinner, after spending all day at the hospital for a sick loved one. First they sit 7 of us at this table that was designed to seat only 6, so we were crammed together. Our server, Christian, took everyones order. After placing my order, I asked Christian, or server, if they could please cook my burger to a medium rare and his response to me was..."I will let the kitchen know but we are really busy so Im not sure of you will get it that way. " Like wait... what???? Lets blame the kitchen because you dont want to do your job?? I happened to order the 3 for me.... which includes your drink, a starter, and your meal. I get my drink no problem. After a long while, I asked Christian, the person who is supposed to be our server, if my salad was coming anytime soon because I didnt want my salad with my meal.... as it NORMALLY comes out before the dinner, and his response, AGAIN, "The kitchen is really busy, it should be up soon." As Christian finally brings out my salad, he tells me the kitchen LOST our ticket!! REALLY???? So the salad finally came out and within 1 minute... here comes our dinner. So of course, I cant enjoy my salad. Now....I ordered the Oldtimer cheeseburger. I look at my plate and the burger is flat and way overcooked..... they didnt give me the right burger... they brought out a smash burger. If I wanted a smash burger.. I would have asked for one. So not only do I get the wrong food, its not cooked right and oh yeah... lets blame the kitchen because you know.. ."Theyre very busy". So instead of this server going to check on things like he should have, no.... he didnt care one iota, and never checked on anything!!! THEN.... of course, Im not eating what I didnt order so I asked for the manager.... this manager looks like he was sleeping.... slow mode, and didnt say much... other than, "Im sorry, I will fix it." He also seemed to not give a crap. This location is awful. They just dont care. The prices keep going up, the service sucks and the food is mediocre at best. Our chips for the chips and salsa were under cooked, not crispy, and very gummy. I will not be going back. Im not throwing away hard earned money for a corporation who could care less about its patrons!!

5 /5 Ron Brauer: Greeted upon arrival. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to the dinner rush. Enjoyed a basket of chops and salsa. Meal was brought to us. Once again, Chilis did not disappoint! My smashburger was still sizzling when it got to the table. We have been to more than 50 different Chilis restaurants across the U.S. and never been disappointed once. They do their food very well! Server was very attentive, tea glass was never empty

5 /5 Anna G: Because of the terrible food and service, we havent gone here in a few years long story short that last time the chicken was bloody, and when they provided a replacement, it was also awful. I then got an undercooked steak with blood gushing from it. However, I have to admit that todays was far from what i experienced, it is soooo much better. I thought the service and wait would be terrible on Friday night, but I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful experience. KUDDOS to Manager Penny, the server, and the cook!!!
