CandiAnne Terra First time here and as we were walking in a couple was walking out so I asked if it was good they said oh yeah. Told em we drove down from Deltona, they laughed and said they drove from Orlando and do it all the time. If youve ever seen my other reviews youll know Im a total chicken snob because most restaurants kill it. So I tried nearly all of their chicken dishes and was pleasantly surprised by how moist and flavorful they were, even the fried chicken glistened in the light and the crunch on it was amazing. The various veggies still had snap. Even the lo mein which looked dry wasnt. Other than the egg roll which I just didnt like the flavor or texture on everything was cooked to perfection and I couldnt have been happier. Even the desserts were amazing and I love the second sizes. The cakes are cut so thin I was able to try 3 of them plus the tiramisu. The Baker in me wanted to shake the bakers hand. The only downfall I found in the food was the drinks which is why I didnt lower the star rating given. The sweet tea a was absolutely not sweet and the CO2 was WAY TOO HIGH on the soda. The service was quick, never had any dirty plates on that table. The price cant be beat. We went for lunch at just under $12 each and the sodas were around $3 each. Wed have paid well above that to have anything delivered including fast food. The selections were impressive, the food amazing and well definitely be making this drive often

John Raises Amazing dinner experience for our anniversary! The server was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly with great input on our selections. The MM house salad was surprisingly good, Triple Play Roll Sushi was a good mix of crunchy and flavor and Lobster Mac & Cheese a winner. The steaks stole the show, the NY Strip cooked perfectly - make sure to get the peppercorn dipping sauce! My wifes filet was on point as well. Cocktails were fun, great wine selection. There was an Oreo Dessert cocktail that was decadent to go along with the chocolate cake. All in all, one of our most enjoyable dinners thanks to atmosphere, food and fantastic service!

Jessica Bright Omg what a vibe! Loved the whole experience. Great portions sizes and pricing and the staff was amazing. Regulars were very talkative and this place really has an old school nostalgia to it that cannot be faked or recreated. Food was delicious will definitely be back again.

Renee Our family went here for our traditional Christmas dinner tonight and we were very happy with all of the many dishes we ordered. While they were short staffed, the service was extremely friendly and quick. We were worried about some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we went against others opinions and gave it a try. I would highly recommend this place and eat here again when we are back visiting next year.

Timmy Shigley Every small town should have a place like this, and most usually do. The classic diner with no frills or gimmicks. Just good home style cooking with excellent service and prices. We did a nice walk through some of the trails at nearby Paynes Creek State Park and worked up a nice hunger for lunch. Old school diners always cry out for us as they bring back such great memories of years gone by. We are so glad we made the choice to stop in. She had the fried chicken sandwich with onion rings. Them are some seriously good, thin style, hand battered onion rings. Light and crispy. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly too. I opted for the Meatlovers Skillet (all your typical breakfast meats atop fried potatoes, covered with sausage gravy and melted cheese along with 2 eggs thunderhead. Back in Ohio we would have put that over two biscuits and called it a "Barnyard Buster" from a well known establishment in Columbus. That being said, this was perfection on a plate. Nice portion size, no skimping on the meats, and tasted excellent. Service is excellent, and prices are very fair for the times. We always chat up the service and found out that this location is owned by the same couple that own Wooden Spoon in Lakeland, which we just reviewed a couple months ago. They also got a stellar review, which shows you that it is no fluke that this review is equally stellar. Nice job and see you soon!
