Dr. Anjie Richard-Jones Harrys Old Place is a quaint nostalgic place nestled on Lake Ned. We started our meal with smoked salmon dip, gator sausage, served with creamy pimento cheese & bbq dipping sauce. The starters were fresh, delicious and packed with flavor. We sipped on ice cold half sweet tea and unsweetened tea and an Arnold Palmer which was served in a 3 cup mason jar. For our main dish, we had the Grouper Special with shrimp, scallops,and crab meat in a garlic butter sauce served with new potatoes and savory cheese grits. We also tried the Corvino Monterey with artichokes hearts, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic white wine sauce and parmesan cheese that was coupled with seasonal vegetables and rice pilaf. For dessert, we had the salted caramel cheesecake and key lime pie. Overall, everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Janet Stiles The food, service and atmosphere was perfect. There was no wait, even thou the place was busy, the booth we were at had great lighting, we could actually read the menu. Our server was awesome and very attentive. Food was excellent, and of course the atmosphere was great. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back. Love their blue cheese dressing.

Isis Jones I walked in and immediately felt that I was gonna drop into a flow state when eating. I smelt the food and I knew it was good. The bathroom was so cute. That atmosphere was gorgeous. I loved all the details. When I tell you that I hit ultimate flow state and I had the time of my life eating that food. I am not lying one bit. It was the best seafood boil. I have ever had and I would fly to Florida just to eat it. The crab was amazing. The rice was amazing. The sausage was amazing. I added two eggs. It was amazing. It was so beautiful. I could’ve cried. Everyone needs to go here and try at least once it is so good! Below is the before and after, and I did not leave one thing in my bag…

Sarah My friend and I both have a gluten allergy and we were shocked with the amount of options suitable for us. Food we haven’t been able to eat for years now became available to us. Our waitress was knowledgeable and reassured us the items chosen were gluten free. We loved our food so much for lunch we returned for dinner the same day and were equally impressed with the dinner options. We both live an hour and half away but we will both be back to try more. The food is excellent, staff are kind and courteous, and a must for those who suffer from gluten sensitivity and allergies.

Kristin Hale I ordered a margherita pizza from here through Uber Eats, and I have to say... It was AMAZING. Their dough is a strong sourdough, and the sauce is simple and perfect. This pizza is exactly what you would expect it to be, and was solid enough to still be super delicious when delivered. I also got the Nutella pizza, and it was so good!!!! If I wanted to contend with 5th Ave, I bet it would be out of this world at the restaurant itself. (Also, I am not sure about this, but I swear this is the same food as a restaurant that used to be located in the shops behind the gym at Vanderbilt and Airport like 15yrs ago... This took me way back, and I appreciate that on a personal level.)
