raymondbuckner1 We had a great experience, as always, with the family on this visit. Our waitress, Kacey, did an AMAZING job on what was her first night from what I understood. Our drink/appetizer orders were taken quickly and came to the table just as quick. The food was great and enjoyed by everyone. Kacey made sure everything went as smoothly as possible and we would definitely take her as our waitress any day of the week!

TW JoEllen’s is a hidden gem in Tallahassee that serves up comfort food with serious Southern soul. I ordered the Love on a Two-Way Street. The fried chicken with buttermilk and red velvet waffles, and it hit every note—crispy, flavorful, and indulgent in the best way. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the waffles were rich and tender, with just the right hint of sweetness. The atmosphere is cozy and laid back, making it an ideal spot for a casual brunch or a relaxed dinner. Despite the steady flow of customers, the service was fast and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The entrance might make you think you’re lost, but trust me, go down Alice rabbit hole. When you get to security booth, just let them know you’re here to visit the best restaurant in the Florida area and beyond. They know you’re coming to the Blue Heron. Adventurous Drew This place has the vibe and the employees pass the Vibe check. More important tne food was great. I had the lobster and shrimp. I added extra sauce. Check out my video...it was delicious. Oysters on a half shell... they got multiple flavors. I can pick a favorite before you ask. Here is the scoop.
