1 /5 Kennedy Tori (Tori Lee): Went through the drive through this evening to get the curderburger. When I got home to check my food, realized I was given a bun and busted open curd where all the cheese had leaked out in the fryer and no meat! Literally given just a bun and busted open curd. Tried to call the restaurant and the only option provided was to bring it back for replacement. I dont live or work anywhere in that area so its not feasible. Offered to send the pictures to provide proof to get a refund, but apparently that wasnt acceptable. Would not recommend going here!

1 /5 JAZZIZ JAZZ: This was usually my familys go-to for a burger in various locations. However, our last experience was far less than satisfying. Firstly, after returning to the vehicle with my order, I inspected my burger as I routinely do. It had hair on the patty :-(. This can really dampen your appetite. So, I calmly walked back inside to inform them of this issue. I pointed out the discrepancy to the young lady at the counter. She acknowledged seeing this hair and sincerely apologized. She passed the sandwich to another young lady in the prep area, and she seemed to have an issue believing there was hair on my burger. This had already been visually confirmed by the cashier. However, the cashier asked for the sandwich back, and proceeded to the prep area to show her up close, and told her it looked to be a string of her hair. It was as if I was lying about this find. Finally, they prepared another burger and after I assured all was clear, I was ready to try and enjoy but only to further disappointment. They did not include "bacon" which was the original sandwich order (bacon cheeseburger). As well, no fresh french fries were included to replace the now cold and stiff fries from original order. Sighhhhhhh. I was on a trip so didnt bother to go back in and wait. Time would not permit for the back and forth. Worst encounter weve ever had at this establishment. Im done with Culvers.

1 /5 DJ Raasch: Spoke with Tim, the general manager because Taylor, the district manager refuses to call me himself. Upon making this known in person I was given 2 pints of Custard totaling approx $10. Now this strip of metal was luckily in plain chocolate and I felt it when it pierced the roof of my mouth. It caused an infection with I had to take amoxicillin for 7 days. Whats pathetic is Taylor will FIRE a hard working employee over a rumor (video) he refuses to show to this particular employee and the other person it involves. But will not handle a phone call to someone that encountered a foreign object in their handmade pints. After further research I understand why this particular establishment has bad reviews. The owner, Mrs. Elisha Cherry and the general manager, Taylor clearly do not care about the employees they hire. Yet continue to quit because of the treatment they receive and are subject to. My point is this...if you have to hand down a relevant phone that clearly should be made by the district manager, but you cant allow the general manager to handle his job regarding a rumor. Speaks volumes on how this establishment is ran. Parents...do NOT allow you teens to be employed here. It will diminish their self-worth and confidence.

1 /5 Nic Hollister: This is the 3rd revision of this review. Not one thing has improved. Tried the new Greek Gyro burger. 2 small pieces of gyro meat and everything was cold. From my understanding, everything is supposed to be made to order. Not tonight. Every employee was messing around on their phones not paying attention to the guests. So disappointing.
