Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - (Near Jasper, FL)

3 /5 Mellissa Dzion: I have to say that this is probably one of the most awkard stops at DQ that my husband and I have ever had. While traveling, my husband likes to stop at just about any DQ he can find. This trip was no different. This time, I got excited thinking I could FINALLY get the butterscotch cone that I cant seem to find in FL any longer. We walk in to find a 7-8 person line waiting to be given their order and another person waiting to have their order taken. About 10 minutes pass and weve STILL not been waited on. Instead of fulfilling orders, the DQ employee chooses to converse with the adjoining Subway employee while all these customers wait! Come to find out the ice cream then runs out and while the Subway person has NO CUSTOMERS he chooses to stand around and talk instead of help his co-worker out, if even to go get a new bag of ice cream mix............ 15-20 ish minutes pass and we finally get to the counter to place our order. I ask about the butterscotch dip for the ice cream cones. I was told "its not on the menu and we dont have it." Customer service is definitely lacking in this location as is a desire to provide quality & timely service. We will NOT be returning to this location! Quality customer service requires more than a warm body!

1 /5 Elle James: Okay yall this is a sad story about the greatest let down ever... I went on a road trip so I drove a lot over the last few days. Well yesterday afternoon it was really hot and exit food sign said DQ - I thought Yay! I get gas first and Walk the dogs in the 100l degree weather. I cleaned the garbage out of the car and I felt rather accomplished. I was sufficiently hot and totally ready for my ice cream treat from DQ across the street. I drive across the highway and park. I go inside and discover the place is a 3 in one and the DQ is in the way back. The place was clean but there is something motor oil and ice cream being sold together thats just weird. Anyway onge to the part of the store sectioned off as DQ. The lady working is sitting a lobby table with what appears to be her family. Several minutes go by before she finally gets up and greats me. FINALLY! I order my ice cream. And with a flat dead lady says. Oh you cant have that . Puzzled, I asked why? She said cuz my ice cream machine is down. The store not wanting to compete with DQ did not have any ice cream for sale so I got no ice cream and I just wanted. The overall excursion cost me kind of a lot of time and I still didnt get any ice cream. Did I make that clear? No ice cream at the ice cream parlor. Thats just weird right?

5 /5 Greg Gowens: Great place to stop on these hot summer days! Their air conditioning works perfectly and the Blizzards are great to help you cool down. My only disappointment was that the app allowed me to order an Orange Julius, but they dont stock the ingredients that would allow them to make one. I had to switch to a Misty Freeze. Stop by and give them a try. Highly recommended!
