5 /5 Edwards jessica (SwiftlyJess): I went here the other week for lunch and was suprised by how lovely my experience was. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They could see we had a long day at work and made sure we were taken care of. They even made my blizzard when I stood up to go which was perfect. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The store was clean. All those workers deserve a raise for sure. They love there job!

1 /5 Chamois Wells- Livingston: I placed an order @6:57 pm. A young lady, Sheyenne took my money and gave me my drink. A few minutes later Sheyenne says she wants me to park in spot one. As shes instructing me, she looks bad and said your food is ready. She then goes outside to handover an order. All good. No problem. A young man comes to the window and instructs me to pull over and my food will be out shortly. I tell him the other young lady told me its done. So another young lady, African American kind of short tells me, they are heating up my fries it will be just a moment. I say Hi. She laughs. Mind you I spoke with three different employees in a matter of minutes. So i ask for a refund. A few seconds maybe 30 Sheyenne appears hands me my food. The African American young lady waves me off and tells then close the window. A fourth young lady dark hair says in a very condescending manner. God bless you, oh God bless you. I did not want to incite any disturbance so I took the food and trashed it, only God knows what they did to it. Absolutely too many teenagers fueled by ego. Most horrific experience of my life. I was passed through 4 employees and none of them tried communicating with one another. Horrid experience.

2 /5 Diane Nelson: I come to DQ once a week to enjoy my self because they really have amazing food. And the atmosphere was tremendous. But for the last couple times I have came they have got my order wrong multiple occasion and then the price change says one thing on the board outside and the receipt says another?! Do they have new employees???

5 /5 Kimberly: I go every Monday to visit my son. And the atmosphere is chill and the music is fun. We sit and are served with a smile and always enjoy the meal.

1 /5 Danielle: I used to love this place. They were always super friendly and never got my order wrong. But something has definitely changed within the last few months. Ive now had several orders wrong, and today was the last straw for me. I ordered a choco brownie blizzard and it tasted like it had chemicals in it. Ive had so many blizzards from this particular DQ and NEVER had one that tasted like this. Not only that but my onion rings were a mess. Not even shaped like rings. I swear, I thought one of them was a mozzarella stick at first but no, it was just a mushed ball of onions. The real kicker is when I called to complain (because I picked up my food and brought it home), they didnt seem to care at all. They told me the only way to get a refund was to literally bring the food back to the store... even if its DAYS later. Seriously. Never before have I had a fast food joint make me bring the food back days later. I was seriously shaking my head over the phone. I also want to mention, about a month ago, I tried to redeem my DQ rewards for a free box of dilly bars. No one in the store knew how to redeem it. They literally told me it was impossible. Not because they were out of stock or anything like that. It was simply because no one in the entire store could figure out how to get it to work. Yeah, Im done. I dont know if the store has new management or what, but it has gone down hill FAST. I urge you to stay away from this place. Theres a small locally owned ice cream shop in town. I guess theyll be getting my business from now on.
