Mindi Vroman I cannot say enough great things about this establishment! The food is freaking amazing. The customer service is stellar. Its a hidden gem as far as the outside and location. They dont do justice to how spectacular it really is. It is a black, veteran owned restaurant, butcher shop, and small grocery.
The young man at the counter was just the sweetest! Maybe its because Im from the north, but everything was yes maam, no maam, can I help you maam? 10 stars! He cleared our table even though it was clearly a diy kind of place. He clearly went above and beyond, which I made sure to tell the owner.
The Philly cheese steak? OMG so freaking good!!! Hot, fresh, and good quality. No gristle. No chunks of fat. Just good quality juicy, fresh meat. The greens are top notch! It was super filling. I took some of my greens home.

The meat shop has amazing, fresh, high quality meats. Theres a huge selection that I wish I could get back home without going to a big city. The young man at the butcher counter was also super attentive, respectful and helpful. The crab legs are suitable and delicious!
The grocery area is limited but yet has a great selection, if that makes sense. Theres a lot of good produce and an amazing selection of spices.
20/10 recommend. Go! Eat, shop, share. This place deserves more recognition. I cannot stress enough, I dont think Ive ever been anywhere that had it all. Good food, good service, good selection, black veteran owned. Stellar!!!
