pyzark My recent experience at Chanta was a captivating exploration of European culinary traditions, with a particular emphasis on Romanian flavors. The evening offered a delightful array of dishes, though the quality varied notably. The pork schnitzel, while presented with care, fell short in seasoning and exhibited a slightly dry texture. The grilled octopus was a visual delight, artfully arranged, yet its texture was somewhat reminiscent of rubber, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The beef osso buco was elegantly served, boasting a distinctive smoky essence that, while intriguing, may not resonate with all palates. The goulash, although attractively plated, proved to be merely satisfactory. The crowning jewel of the meal was undoubtedly the dessert, which was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. It struck a perfect balance between sweetness and presentation, earning a well-deserved five stars. In summary, Chanta presents a blend of culinary strengths and weaknesses, creating an intriguing dining experience that is worth exploring.

Colton Strutt We had an amazing experience at The Crab Trap! We came for the Saturday All You Can Eat Snow Crab special at $65 per person and it was worth every penny. One of us had fries, the other had hush puppies both were great sides to the star of the show: the crab. The snow crab was absolutely incredible. It didn’t seem like the frozen kind you usually find elsewhere it was steamy hot, fresh, and the meat came out in beautiful, perfect chunks. No frustrating fights with the shell like at most places. The crab meat was tender, sweet, and clean none of that green stuff or fishy, soggy taste you sometimes get. We also tried the Orange Sunset Cake, and it was delightful! Super moist with a bright, refreshing orange flavor a perfect end to the meal. The service was just as impressive. Our waitress was handling 7 or 8 tables plus bartending, and she still made sure everyone was taken care of with a great attitude. She was quick, friendly, and on top of everything. The atmosphere inside was cozy and pleasant, with dark wood decor and even a piano, giving it a nice, classic feel. We would absolutely go back highly recommend The Crab Trap if you love good crab and a welcoming atmosphere!

Scott Dante (Dizzregard) The free snack was some crackers and some delicious topping reminiscent of pimento cheese. The crab cake appetizer was yummy, especially using the sauce they provide with it. I got grilled tilapia for dinner with cheese grits and corn and enjoyed every bit of my food. Service was slow this weekend though. But the busser did a great job assisting with enriching the experience.

Kent Rasmussen The o ly downside is this place is rather small and a little tight fitting. It felt very much like a similar restaurant in Sapporo Japan ii went to years ago.

Wendy Hille This restaurant and bar was the perfect lunch spot for us. We wanted casual with an eclectic seafood menu. The food was fresh and served quickly. The view was beautiful. We will definitely be back!
