Diplomat Prime Steak & Seafood - (Near Hollywood, FL)

Michael Encinosa Man, this was my first kind of high-end steak restaurant and it was amazing! The steak was worth every penny. The appetizers were really good!We had the escargo, calamari, scallops and meatballs. Scallops and calamari were the best Ive ever had. I had the 22 oz prime ribeye and it literally melted in your mouth! Best steak Ive ever had by far. All the sides that we had were great as well. Cant complain. And to finish it all off. Try the espresso creme brulee with a cappuccino and that too was wonderful! I highly recommend trying out Malios! Also to top it all off the atmosphere was great! And the service was phenomenal. I forgot our servers name but she was extremely professional and attentive. Ill definitely be coming back here one day.

Todd Musgrove Salt & the Cellar delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. I booked the reservation through OpenTable for a dinner with a former colleague, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The highlights started immediately with the Akira Back Tuna Pizza, perfectly executed, with micro shiso and white truffle oil adding just the right balance of freshness and richness. The Spanish Octopus was tender and flavorful, and the 14oz NY Strip was cooked exactly as ordered, with a clean, high-quality cut that spoke for itself. The AB Wagyu Tacos were another standout. The tomato ponzu and gochujang added depth without overpowering the wagyu, and the balance of textures was spot on. Cocktails were equally impressive, the Smoked Old Fashioned made with High & Wicked bourbon and Trinity bitters was smooth, well-constructed, and a great complement to the meal. The real surprise of the night, though, was the Hot Mess Specialty Roll. Hands down, it was the best sushi roll I’ve ever had. The rice was the perfect consistency, something many places miss and the combination of sashimi poke, chuka wakame, and spicy ponzu aioli was exceptional. Every bite was balanced, clean, and genuinely memorable. Between the quality of the food, thoughtful execution, and overall atmosphere, Salt & the Cellar lives up to its reputation. I’d absolutely return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a refined but approachable dining experience.

Carrie Sunde We had a fantastic dinner at Capital Grille at The Bell Tower. Our server (I believe his name was Fletcher) was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and professional with excellent attention to detail. He made the experience feel special and went above and beyond. The food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and the side dishes were delicious. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, and incredible food. Perfect spot for a special occasion or a nice night out. We will definitely be back!

Sam Rich My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Eddie’s Vs while celebrating my birthday. We were served by Juliana, young lady from Brazil who was amazing and made the evening memorable. The manager Alev was also amazing and very funny. Both were attentive and their familiarity and knowledge of with the menu was impeccable. We were beyond impressed. Every part of the experience was amazing. I look forward to visiting again to not just celebrate a birthday but just to celebrate life. Thank you all for making my day special.

Dan Day Best restaurant in Miami period. The most authentic Roman Italian food around. Honestly everything on the menu is good. From the mushroom pizza to the pizza that has lemon on it, also pasta, fantastic gnocchi creamy, and Rich. The bread is even a star of the show. Dessert fantastic. The service treats you like you’re a dignitary. Danny was our waiter and was great. The atmosphere second to none. The squash blossoms for an appetizer are magnificent. The salads are simple yet bursting with flavor. Is busy every night so you will have to make a reservation in advance. Parking not crazy bad but not easy. It is a magical night every night you go to Mother Wolf.
