First off, the Oklahoma onion burger was out-of-this-world delicious — perfectly smashed patties, crispy edges, juicy center, melty cheese, and sweet, caramelized onions all layered on a soft, buttery bun. Every bite was packed with flavor and texture. It’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had — no exaggeration. We also ordered the dirty fries, and WOW. Topped with rich chili, creamy cheese sauce, crispy bacon, and tangy pickled onions — it was a flavor bomb in the best way possible. Perfectly seasoned and the fries held up under all the toppings, staying nice and crispy. Its one of those dishes that makes you want to lick the box clean. The food truck itself is clean, fun, and eye-catching with its space-themed artwork. The vibe was upbeat with great music playing in the background, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell they love what they do — and it shows in the food. If youre lucky enough to catch this truck, don’t miss it. DJ’s Cast Iron Burgers is seriously bringing gourmet quality to the streets. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Florida!

I ordered the Oklahoma Burger, my son went with the double featuring cheddar and bacon, and we split an order of their famous dirty fries. Seriously, this was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The smash technique creates these incredible crispy edges while keeping the inside perfectly juicy. The Oklahoma Burger’s caramelized onions were cooked to perfection, adding that sweet depth that made every bite memorable. My son couldn’t stop raving about his double – the bacon was crispy, the cheddar melted beautifully, and the proportions were spot-on. But let’s talk about those dirty fries – they’re absolutely loaded and worth every calorie. The seasoning blend is addictive, and they’re the perfect complement to the burgers.
