Elsie Kuhl Cheyenne always go above and beyond for my family! We ask for her EVERY time!! She serves but also bartends. She always has a smiling face and great personality and if she makes your drinks they never disappoint. I remember one time they ran out of blue cheese (my dad really wanted it) and he changed to ranch and she went to Walmart and quickly bought some so my dad could have it … tell me that ain’t great customer service! Thanks Cheyenne for ALL that you do!

Sharma Himanshu (Himan) We had dinner here during our trip to Panama City Beach and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The ambience was excellent beautifully decorated with a cozy holiday feel, making it a great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the evening. The atmosphere alone sets a very positive tone. We ordered popcorn shrimp with fries for our daughter. At first glance, I honestly thought it might be just average, but once our food arrived, that assumption quickly changed. The food was delicious. We tried the flounder topped with buttered shrimp and the blackened mahi-mahi tacos, and both dishes were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Even our daughter loved the food we ordered, which says a lot! The prices are on the higher side, as clearly mentioned on the menu, but the quality and taste of the food made it worth it. We also tried a couple of cocktails from the menu—those weren’t our favorite—but the food more than made up for it. Overall, this is definitely a place where families and groups can relax, enjoy great food, and soak in a wonderful atmosphere. We’d happily come back for the food again.

The Verdicts In On Trial: The Porch - Winter Park Food: Excellent across the board. Burgers were cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and clearly done with care. The Fire Bites (jalapeño poppers) were a standout, paired with a sweet chili sauce that really elevated them. The beer cheese served with the pretzels was to die for—rich, smooth, and dangerously good. Service: Quick, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Everything came out promptly and the staff kept things moving without feeling rushed. Atmosphere: Exactly what you want from a neighborhood bar-style restaurant. Well laid out, plenty of space, and a comfortable, relaxed vibe. The Verdict: The Porch delivers where it counts—great food, solid service, and a welcoming atmosphere. A strong choice for burgers, sandwiches, bar bites, and an easygoing night out.

Steve Kennedy Waterfront Social is located at a marina so the view and atmosphere is very beach like. The food was good, but not great, and the wait staff was outstanding. We would definitely go back here again.

denise forbes This is an amazing place to dine. My husband and I were in the area and stopped in about 3:30, they didn’t open until 4pm but we were told there would be a line soon. OMG they were telling the truth, by 4 o’clock there was at least 12 of us lined up for the Wednesday Special - “60 cent oysters”, YES I SAID THAT RIGHT!!! We ate from the HH Menu so we tried some of almost everything; Oysters, Fish Bites, Shrimp, Oyster Deviled Eggs, and a Spicy Tuna Roll. Everything is Fresh and Flavorful!!! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, we met so many new people. Our service was outstanding, I highly recommend this restaurant.

John Henry Lindsey was fantastic and gave us our first experience of the farm to table genius served here! What flavors and treats. 10/10 Run don’t walk!
