Dr. Craig Spodak We went to dinner tonight in Sebring and found a rare gem. The food was outstanding, and the entire experience felt intentional from start to finish. The waitstaff, bartenders, and owner were all attentive, welcoming, and genuinely proud of what they serve. This is an establishment that does things the right way — no seed oils, no preservatives, and everything made in-house. Even the fried fish was cooked in beef tallow, which is almost unheard of these days. The hotel itself was just as impressive. The rooms are very clean, modern, and thoughtfully done, with crisp white linens that feel fresh and upscale. It’s rare to find this level of care, quality, and integrity in a small town. This place is absolutely worth going out of your way for, whether you’re passing through Sebring or planning a special stop.

Kelli Wright Firehouse Subs never disappoints they are spot on with their piled high meats & cheese and other condiments.I have tried different subs each time I go there, but my favorite is the club sub with turkey,ham,bacon something about that combination that hits the spot. And it comes that way so your not charged extra for the bacon. Plus they give you a delicious pickle spear with it.The soup was creamy & delicious. And like little to no wait.The restroom was very clean.

Edgar Orduna Honestly the best meatball sub Ive had in so long!!! Not greedy with their portions! Pizza is amazing too! Owners and staff are wonderful and helpful. Way better than little ceasers! Shop local and family owned you wont regret it!

The chicken curry was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, while my husband’s jerk ribs were tender with just the right amount of heat and smoky flavor. The portions were generous, and the atmosphere made us feel like we were right in Jamaica. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Dave Doebler Great food as expected from Panera. This is a new design looking store which is brighter and seems more ‘fast food’ rather than come meet a coworker for a meeting.That’s fine, but it is the first Panera that I’ve been to that has single-use disposable plastic utensils and cups for dine in, which I really hope doesn’t become the new norm for Panera - good thing we brought our own reusable utensils. I love that Panera has always had reusable for dine in. Reuse folks - we are drowning in single use plastics.
