1 /5 Mia Chitwood: This by far has to be the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I worked in the service industry for 9 years as a waitress and can not believe the lack of customer service here. I was sat at my table at 8:00 a server came by got our order then left. 30 minutes later our food is delivered by a runner. She doesn’t not come to check on us for 18 minutes. I have a severe pork allergy and my burger came with bacon on it. It’s not a huge deal but to wait for 20 minutes for her to even bother come check on us. Though the whole time she is sitting and talking with the other staff. Then my burger comes out my drink was empty she didn’t bring or offer a refill. At 9:36 I had enough and walked inside and asked my check and boxes. The “manager” brought them out and was extremely rude. She slammed the boxes down and gave my partner and I a very dirty glare. I am so disappointed in this. I have been here in the past and had not great experiences but the food made up for it. Not again. The mediocre food is not worth this experience!

3 /5 Chef Ross Mountain Club: There wasn’t a smile from a single employee while we were there to watch football on Sunday around 2pm. It took a long time to get drinks or order food. We had wings which were very good, but the server took so long to come back we didn’t order anything else. A server also told me the ladies room toilet has been broken for over a week. It was just a lack of positive fun environment.

1 /5 Casey Fand: Went to this duffys after the boat parade with my 10yo daughter because she was starving. We got seated quickly and picked a nice table outside. After 10 min of noone coming out I went in to check on service. Should not take this long to get greated and get drinks. By the time the waitress came we had the full order ready. Took another 10 minutes before the drinks came. They came with out straws. She never returned with straws. I had to flag down other staff. There were no plates set out before the appetizers came. I had to ask for napkins and sweetener caddie many times, from. many different staff. Needed to ask for a togo container 3x. Once the service was making her way tocthe table and busted a uturn becasue she had forgot to bring out request materials. No excuse for such poor service. In the end the server wouldnt even come back to the table. It took another 15 min for them to send out the check. If it wasnt for the morals of my.daughter I would have just left the facility without paying. Such scrappy service from many people there. Not one apology from management. I was told they got an unexpected 30 top and thats why we were ignored. What a horriable experience. The whole experience took from orders in at 8:15 to 9:53pm paying the bill.

5 /5 Justina Noboa: I came in with my husband and we had such a great time. Angel was very attentive and thorough. He gave us an overview of the menu and shared his personal favorites. We tried the app he recommended the grid iron nachos and I will say they were amazingggg! I absolutely suggest anyone who goes to request Angel and order the nachos! You will not be disappointed!
