alicia french My first time going to The Grocery Kitchen and Taproom the food was absolutely amazing. Me and my mother both got the chicken piccata and shared the fried pickles and when I say that’s the best I’ve ever had it really was good. I’ve had fried pickles at other restaurants and they’ve always been greasy and paper thin, those were not greasy and the voodoo sauce was spicy but really good so if you don’t like spice, just don’t dip it in the sauce, but the pickles by themselves are still good. Definitely going back again soon.

Tyra Larson Wink Wink is a cute and cozy little spot with picture friendly foods and drinks. I came here with a coworker on a work trip and we split the Deviled Eggs, he got the Meatloaf and I got the Blackened Grouper. We also split a Hand Pie. It was all delicious! The drinks were spot on too. Our server Julliana was wonderful and friendly and provided a great experience. They also have a fun vending machine that I couldnt resist finding out what kind of random ridiculous socks I could get (Im a sucker for socks lol) and I was pleasantly surprised.

Samantha Carver The atmosphere is very relaxing and cozy. It is a perfect local date night destination. Our appetizer was fresh mozzarella with tomatoes bursting with flavor. I ordered risotto with sautéed shrimp and it was cooked to perfection and the risotto was bursting with flavor. I am from south Alabama, so I am very particular about how shrimp is prepared and I have to say this dish was exquisite. My boyfriend ordered the veal with linguini. He enjoyed very much but wished it was a larger portion. For dessert we had the vanilla chocolate cherry gelato, which really hit the spot. Cappuccino did not even need any sugar, it was so good. Our waiter was Dillion and he did an amazing job. The owner came to the table and greeted us, which is very rare, but made a great impression on us. The restaurant was very clean and sanitary. This is definitely going to be our favorite Italian local restaurant for date night.
