Fat Shack - (Near Melbourne, FL)

5 /5 Matthew Raymond: I had a craving for cheese fries one day so I checked them out. The food is fantastic and has a lot of options for just a sandwich/burger joint. The place is very clean and has a nice laid back atmosphere. Allyssa at the front counter was super pleasant to interact with. Absolutely recommend stopping by!

5 /5 Mattie Hill: Visiting from Alabama and my family stumbled across this place so we had to come back the next day with our aunt who lives in Rockledge. This place is amazing! Only one guy was working, front and back. We ordered over $100 worth of food and shakes. All was delivered hot and delicious to our table within 15 minutes! We then placed TWO take out orders because we couldn’t decide what we wanted to bring home to others! We had burgers, fried pickles, shakes (the best), my 85 year old aunt said “the best onion rings ever”, wings, fried Oreos, and the Philly cheesesteak! I’m sure we had something else I forgot (we are foodies)! Wish I had taken some photos! Found out later the employee working was the owner or manager! Well done sir! Can’t wait to visit again!

4 /5 Foster Patricia (Mayalilium): Im doing a thing where every weekend we do a couple letters from the alphabet. F was in this weekend .. we tried it. Its very fried everything which I was not looking forward to. But the burger is nice and hot and tasty. The fries and onion rings are warm but not made to order but the onion rings are really good. I havent had any in a long time. These are crispy and oniony. We also gave the fried Oreos and funnel cakes a try. The Oreos were just that .. Oreos in a deep fried ball of donut and the funnel pieces were just donut holes. Both were covered in immense amount of powdered sugar. Its not place for health minded people. The fat sandwiches are ridiculous! Like tenders mozzarella sticks French fries onions smashed between bread. We didnt try them but they sound overwhelming! So Im sure they are good for those that look for them .. the customer service was average kind of uninviting. But not entirely bad. The place is really basic in the dining room nothing to write home about and at 3 pm the tables were empty but dirty. I didnt see anything to wipe anything down with so we just used a napkin. Everything is very heavy .. but if your looking for comfort filling food on a binge or a breakup. Im assuming this late night place might be for you.

5 /5 John Davis: Insanely unique. The tough part is choosing what to have because its all amazing. My wife got the double burger and it was really good. I got the original Fat Shack sandwich. It was next level good and really hard to finish because it was so big. I also highly recommend the jalapeno poppers, cheese fries and even the milk shakes. Its all good.

4 /5 Dennis Reese: Stopped by the Fat Shack to give it a try and was not dissappointed. I got a double cheese burger with the regular toppings, side of onion rings, an order of the poppers, and a soda. The food was cooked to order and was hot when served. The place was clean, not crowded (around 2pm), and service was friendly, prompt, and polite. The burger tasted great, the burger sauce was good too. Onion rings were cooked great and had good slices of onion. Poppers were filled with cream cheese and not over cooked so the filling was still there. They were serves with ranch dressing. Good place overall, definitely will be back to try their wings and other sandwiches. They are open late which is great for a late night snack or meal!
