Aaron Butts We were in Lakeland this morning and just happened upon Charlies for breakfast. The staff was very nice and attentive. They must have a few regulars since the staff not only knew their name but their likely order. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Im very picky about how the sausage and gravy taste, im from up north, and the waitress assured me it was good. She was correct. We will be returning when we are in the area next. It was also very clean.

CShizue2 This place is so good! What a hidden gem we have here in Bay County. These are the best hot wings I have ever had in Florida!And Im from New Jersey./ Philadelphia too. The place is clean. They have a church bench to sit on while you wait. Theres no fuss no frills no chairs to sit on .The door you walk into is On the side. Everything is made fresh to order so expect to wait about 15 minutes. 20 minutes for your food. Its well worth it. Please give this place a chance if you dont know about it already.. And please visit the Cuban store next-door to this building. They have wonderful pastries at the counter. The ladies in there are very helpful. Its a great little place too.

Chandra Nicole Lovely old fashioned, locally-owned diner offering southern cooking. The service is down home friendly; you can tell they try to connect with the customers and build lasting relationships. The food is good with huge portions. This is definitely a go to if you don’t feel like cooking. The cornbread muffins are amazing and you can tell that they’re baked fresh from scratch!

Diane Natishan My husband and I had 2 cheesesteaks and curly fries for lunch. And they were delicious!!! Also the beer was ice cold. The bartender Amy, was cheerful and friendly. Definitely felt like family. Highly recommend!!!

Todd Curtiss I have to admit I have driven by the “cone” for years and haven’t stopped to see if it was the same as it was so many years ago when my parents would take us. As it turns out they haven’t changed much and in a good way. Quick friendly service tables ready to sit and enjoy and the delicious soft serve we get set to enjoy. Nice change up quick treat and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it if you love soft serve. If there are kids involved you can thank me later. Give it a try you won’t be sorry!
