Derese My niece and I spent the day in Sanford and couldn’t decide where to go for brunch. When it started to sprinkle, we decided to stop at Buster’s Bistro, and I’m so glad we did! The bottomless mimosas were a much better deal than ordering by the glass—and they were delicious.
I ordered the Croque Monsieur, an open-faced sandwich piled high with ham and Swiss, topped with a creamy Mornay sauce. It was absolutely delicious! My niece had the sugar waffles and chicken, which she also loved.
I also ordered a Bistro Burger (medium well) to go for my husband, and he said it was cooked to perfection. It came with lettuce, tomato, onion, house pickles, American cheese, and garlic aioli on a brioche bun, served with home fries.
All in all, Buster’s was a great find on a rainy day—delicious food, good vibes, and excellent drinks. We’ll definitely be back!
