3 /5 BassKickers Outdoors: I wish I could give this place a better rate but I cant. Let me start by saying the service was excellent, and the atmosphere is a sports bar so its kinda loud but you can still talk fine with all the games on but thats my thing. I Love sports bars, however the food was not very impressive, ribs were overcooked and dry. Onion pedals were bland and the nachos were good except the cheese was like cheese wiz. To be fair I liked them but I wouldnt say thats a typical thing. The wings however were pretty good. So it has its ups and downs but id say its a good spot to watch the game and have some finger foods and some beer with some good people. But the entries seem to need better quality. Im willing to give it another try simply for the fact for the mixed reviews and others giving positive reviews and truthfully it wasnt all bad and im sure they can do much better. So at the end of the day, id say gators is worth giving a chance for sure.

5 /5 Tyler Harrison: Food was great. We were seated fast. Our server checked on us multiple times. We never had to ask for a refill on our drinks. If I had to say anything negative I would say I was not a huge fan of the southwest egg rolls. Nothing wrong with them I just personally wasnt a fan. I ordered the gators spicy tacos and they were AMAZING!!! highly recommend this establishment

2 /5 Dave InColorado: This review is from a visit about a month ago but it is still very fresh in my mind. We met another couple at Gators before going to a show at the King center. We had a table of 4 next to the bar. Our "assigned" waitress was taking care of a Huge table of over 20 people on the other side of the bar in the outdoor area. We are sitting there looking for a waitress while other girls are standing near the end of the bar doing absolutely Nothing. I finally flagged one down to take our drink order. Our drinks were brought over to us but that waitress could Not take our food order since she wasnt our "assigned" waitress. Finally after what was probably 25, 30 minutes our waitress came over literally in tears, apologizing for the long wait and took our Food order. All this time the manager, and I use the term loosely, was standing near the end of the bar watching all of this happening. The poor girl was so stressed out because of Horrible management that she was literally in tears and we were trying to calm her down. After we ordered the food came out and was very good. By then we were getting pressed for time since it took so long to order our food. The waitress also told us the manager made rude and coarse remarks to her adding to her stress level. Instead of sharing the work load of tables and available staff this poor girl was overworked and stressed out because of a Horrible manager who needs to find another job that does not involve working with people. Needless to say it started out our evening on a sour note and we dont plan on going back.

1 /5 Goat Breeder: Went here Friday, 1/9/26, at 1:45 and sat at a table in the bar area. Left at1:59 after being completely ignored for 14minutes which seems like an eternity when the place is nearly empty. Meanwhile I watched a little redhead server wander around and step outside to chat on her cell phone. In her defense she wasn’t working the bar area but I’ve been coming here over 10yrs and the girls usually help each other. The new? bartender seemed obsessed with a couple at the end of the bar and that was all she planned to do apparently. Both employees had made eye contact during my 14min stay but no acknowledgement. Not even a word when I walked past them to leave! Yes I could have begged for service but with so many nice places to eat in the area I’m not doing that. Too bad, place used to be awesome but coming every week during winter I’ve seen a steady decline last couple years. Like another commenter said management seems pretty useless here but I never saw a manager at all!
