James Davidson Hey there! I stumbled upon this hidden gem and I’m thrilled to share it with you. It’s an absolute must-visit if you ever find yourself in west central Florida. I recently visited on Friday evening, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other. The place is so welcoming and authentic that it feels like you’ve stepped into someone’s backyard. They had an incredible spread of food, including all sorts of delicious sauces and sides. I couldn’t resist taking a huge sample of nearly everything to bring back home to my family (east central coast). They were absolutely raving about it! I returned on Monday through Wednesday to enjoy dinner there again. The only reason I missed out on Monday was because they’re closed on that day. I would’ve loved to go on Tuesday or Wednesday, but I couldn’t resist the temptation to come back and try the place again. The staff is nothing short of amazing. They’re super professional, attentive, and caring. And let’s not forget about the sauce wall! It’s an “utter” gem of a marketing idea. It’s so creative and it makes you want to try everything on the menu. Oh, and let me tell you about Nick. He’s the kindest and knowledgeable as any BBQ PitMaster I’ve ever met. He took the time to explain the entire menu to me, and I really appreciated it. I love this guy! Sierra, the GM, was compassionately professional. She explained the entire history of the location in the company. And the front counter staff was amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. I even bought one of their pink hats themed in Pink, because it matched perfectly with my Breast Cancer medical practice. Nick mentioned that he and Cage would be there on Wednesday, so he offered to save me two racks of ribs. I was so grateful that he did! My family absolutely loved the ribs with all the other delicious sides I brought back on Wednesday. We’re planning a trip over during the Christmas break when all four of us are home. We’re going to go shopping at the cool country store and enjoy some more amazing BBQ sides. It’s going to be a blast! So, if you’re ever in the west central Florida area, make sure to check out this restaurant. It’s a must-stop! I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!

Ken Cornish We had breakfast on the patio at Lingboards right after sunrise. The food and service was exceptional. I had a Chimichurri steak breakfast burrito and the steak was cooked perfectly. Erica was our server. She was prompt and very sweet.

Stephanie Di Renzo I have never been into this restaurant before, and I am always looking to try something new. It was outstanding! The food was fresh and delicious. I loved the sauces they give you to accompany the meal as well as the pickled veggies. They also decorated for Halloween, which was amazing. Excellent service, and excellent management. The owners came over and introduced themselves and checked on me. Highly recommend, you guys gotta check this place out!

Mel K. What a neat dining experience! The restaurant is set up like you are on the streets of Italy. I highly recommend the meatballs! Everything was delicious! We barely touched our main course. Lots to eat for later... fine by me, I could eat it every day! Also wanted to add that the Sweet Tea was fresh!

Christopher Peterson Diverse and creative menu—everything our family ordered was a banger. I enjoyed the Liberty Bell (burger meets Philly cheesesteak). The onions and peppers were sautéed with just the right amount of crunch still intact. The combination of meats was savory and delicious, though it could have used double the cheese. I got a side of maple walnut dressing for the sweet potatoes, and it was one of the best flavor combinations I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend it to elevate your meal. My wife started with the crab rangoon, which came out quickly as fried puffs of perfection. The accompanying jam had a little heat that perfectly complemented the sweetness. My wife raved about the monkey cristo - sweet, savory, and toasted to perfection. She had it with the strawberry jam but the blueberry is also an amazing choice. The kids devoured the caramelized apples and drank the sauce directly from the bowl. The grilled cheese was solid.
