Every visit has been consistently solid, from the friendly service to the quality of the food. The staff is welcoming, polite, and actually seems to care about getting orders right, which makes a big difference. The food is hot, fresh, and well prepared, with burgers that taste like they were just made instead of sitting around. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained, including the dining area and restrooms. Service is quick without feeling rushed, making it a reliable stop whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to eat. This Hardee’s stands out as a dependable, well-run location that does a great job representing the brand.

5 /5 Patricia Blaine: Drive through was great. The ambience was pure magic. The scratch biscuits are definitely addictive. Particularly when combined with sausage. The coffee tastes like coffee ... its good. Little tater tots are lovely. Ill be back. Again.

2 /5 Lynn Morrill: If you go to Old Town Hardees in the morning everything is great from the food to the staff. Dont go in the evening! Ordered two burgers last night supposed to be double bacon, get home and its not a double but a single burger. This has happened before and they dont answer the phone so you can make them aware of their error. I do not live around the corner but a ways away, and I paid $26.40 for two burgers and fries the very least they could do is get the correct burger in the bag. I will not go back to this location ever again, way to go Amy W all you had to do was get the correct burgers, you had no problem taking the money. Pay attention to your job I work in a restaurant this is horrible customer service!! Only applies to night shift, they need to be trained with your day people. Order 26366594525379

5 /5 Julie Kandlinger: Rolled into Old Town hungry before heading out to go hunting, so I stopped by Hardee’s. Ended up having one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had thanks to Sadie. She’s awesome — super friendly, great energy, and actually helpful in choosing what to get. She was patient while I figured out what I wanted and even recommended a combo that hit the spot. She got everything right, made the whole thing easy, and honestly just gave off the kind of good vibe that puts you in a better mood. The food was great, the service was even better, and now I kinda want to go back again just because of how good she made the whole experience. Shoutout to Sadie!

1 /5 Richard Camp: I went in on a slow night and yet it took almost twenty minutes to make a burger and fries. The worst part? The fries were cold when I got them but I just wanted to get out of there so I left. I understand its a small town with barely anything to pick from but Id hope that people could still do the bare minimum without it being a big ask.
