Ray Miller This time its scallop medallions & grilled shrimp combo and the deconstructed shrimp kabobs. Shrimp kabobs was my server Reagans suggestion and definitely the right choice. They come piping hot with a delicious butter dipping sauce, but they taste great even without it. The vegetables (red, green bell peppers, onions, zucchini) are grilled with just the right amount of char to give it a delectable hint of smokiness that compliments the cajun shrimp. The sautéed scallop medallions are tasty and the rice pilaf is light, fluffy and goes well with the rest of the dinner. The chopped brocoli was good, but could have a better ratio of florets to stems.
